I contacted Jamie because a rat was spotted on site and due to situation with bins around Birmingham wanted school site checked as soon as possible and that the service i got from Jamie he was on site following morning. as always Jamie acting in a professional manner and said if needed he would come out again

Our Rentokil technician, Sam, was really knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He was also very thorough in his detective work to find the cause of the problem and the best way to deal with it. He was like a private investigator, and a fount of information about the behavioural patterns of rodents- fascinating! He certainly seems to have solved our problem- and if we have any future issues we know Rentokil will sort out the problem pronto! Very many thanks.

I can not rate Jack at Rentokil highly enough. He was so polite, put me at ease and sorted the problem in my loft quickly and efficiently. He was on hand in case I had any questions and/or concerns between appointments and was always on time. I would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service

The person who came for five visits was called Michael and he was excellent. He did a thorough job and was very pleasant and helpful.

Not cheap but knowledgeable team and extremely effective; survey plus four treatment visits; appears to have eradicated a substantial and destructive rat colony promptly (with some subsequent checking that all was complete).

Dragus was excellent and hard worker. However, he had a tube of re-fill gap material which was dry and had to come up with different solutions which hopefully will be good. It was an interesting surprise to both, that didn’t have a spare tube material Overall good

Once again on our routine visit Chris was on tim,and as always his friendly but professional self. We find him to be approachable and answers any questions we may have. Happy with his work.

The engineer was very attentive and actually made the garden centre a folder for each time they come. Very good!

Process made easy by Steven Shaw. Explained everything in great manner, not to mention resolving the actual problem. This is a workplace and Steven takes care to ensure that work isn't affected by his work, all whilst resolving the pest problem. Service is ace and would recommend to anyone with a pest problem.

We have had some pretty severe rodents in our building of late, Mathew has been amazing in insuring the problem is dealt with quickly and professionally, routinely coming into the office to check on the traps and add additionally more if needed, he has also come in at very short notice to dispose of any issues. Un desastre de empresa,al principio todo muy bien. Hice un contrato por termitas durante 5 años, un dineral. Me dijeron que eran termitas y en esos años y 50 trampas entre la casa y el jardín no comieron ninguna, ningún rastro de ellas. He tenido que llamar para las visitas de mantenimiento porque no venían, cada vez eran gente nueva que no sabían dónde estaban las trampas y además las de la casa muy mal colocadas porque me han destrozado los marcos de las puertas ya que las pusieron atornilladas en vez de silicona, ahora cuando las han quitado dicen que ellos no se hacen cargo de su reparación. Hemos puesto varias reclamaciones pero como el que oye llover.Pero a la hora del cobro han sido muy puntuales . Est ha sido en Sevilla

Great company. good to get hold of, attend on time, listen to any issues and act accordingly. Operatives are always polite and helpful. Seb in particular has gone the extra mile..well done him. Would recommend.

The Technician or Engineer call as before coming onside. Dragos lessons to our issues and answer all our questions. Following Him around the our home where put down trap for the mouse in all the right places. Dragos said it will three visit to complete the service. First to lay the trap. Second to update information from on the second visit. Third to collect all the trap when the job is completed. It shows when Rentokil well trained their staff it shows when they comes onsite with the customers.

I have a great relationship with the account holders and team on the ground.
