I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Jay from Rentokil Pest Control. We initially called him out for one issue, but as he assessed the situation, he discovered a few other problems we weren't aware of. Instead of just handling the original issue, Jay went above and beyond to resolve everything right there on-site. What stood out most was how he took the time to check back in with us later, which saved us from having to worry about it. It's not often you find someone so dedicated and genuinely helpful. Jay was a pleasure to work with and really made the process smooth for us. He’s a real asset to the Rentokil team! Highly recommend!

Our surveyor Mattwas very thorough with his inspection and gave some very useful tips and information on pests. His calm and reassuring manner made the whole process very smooth, especially as I was very upset by the extent of the infestation of mice and rats. He provided a report and quotation very quickly and hopefully the work will be carried out very soon.

Our engineer Sam does an excellent job she is very friendly, efficient, quick to response to call out requests and follow up visits.

We recently discovered rising damp and other issues in our home. The surveyor Johnny carried out a thorough survey, gave us a detailed report and arranged for the different skilled trades to carry out the work. Two rising damp technicians, Eamonn and Robbie, were professional, polite and courteous; they were very respectful of our home, protecting our belongings and tidying up afterwards. Raymond the plasterer arrived a few days later. Again, he was polite and courteous and he too left our home spotless. All in all a very pleasurable experience.
