After having a flood in the kitchen possibly cause by rats chewing through water pipes, it was really good to have folk that knew what they were doing to solve the issue - Dan came over to thoroughly assess the situation, and Brad followed up in the following three weeks - laying traps and poison in all of the appropriate places, taking the time to explain what everything was for and how everything would work. Really put my mind at rest, and so far, it looks like it worked! Really good!
