Rentokil Technician Jordan Warren is a pleasure to work with. He works with me to give my business the best possible service, tailored to my needs. He responds to my requests with great care and attention and gives of his knowledge and experience freely, helping to create the most optimal environment for pest control.

At HMP Fivewells we have always had really good service from Rentokil. We have always been able to call Jeremy Summerfield for any advice and he has always gone out of his way to get onto site as soon as he can. Since September we have had an outbreak of Bedbugs, Jeremy has been a huge support and help during this time. It's been a learning curve for all but Jeremy, and also Tony Seal have helped guide and support through this time. We really appreciate Jeremy, Tony and Rentokil as a while and the service they have always provided to site.

Mr Leslie Honan, employee of Rentokil was the main reason why my experience was first class. Les was fantastic during what was a very upsetting and difficult experience, having never been in this position before. Les explained everything that was involved in the pest control process and put my mind at ease that things would be sorted. He was punctual, professional and excellent at his job. Everything he did to solve the problem was to the highest standard. I was so lucky that it was Les allocated to my house as I don't think I could have had a better experience at a hard time.

Treatment ongoing prompt and efficient service from Tyler Reynolds and the surveyor can’t fault them however I feel that the price is far too high as it 500 does not include cleaning out affected area and I am unable to complete the treatment due to this very high cost

We have not had a visit from a Rentokil technician since beginning of January 2025. The monthly visits are a bit hit & miss as I believe there is a lack of resource in this particular area. Could be that the contract T & C`s are not clear enough.

That means they are more than the Pest Management Team; they are like family to me! The Rentokil Team has one key important factor—they care about our site like it would be theirs. My experience was very good by Josh from Rentokil he was very thourough and knowledgeable about my tricky situation with squirrels, I would highly recommend Rentokil ! Very thoughtful about keeping areas clean and wore feet coverings with out being asked, and he explained everything to me
