Alan from rentokil usual does our service and he is always friendly and professional, we always feel safe in the knowledge a good job has been done

Well Jason was extremely helpful polite friendly and understanding from start to finish. Corresponded promptly each time an appointment was made. If I had any other issues he also reassured me each time. Jason always respected our property and took any rubbish with him. Such a gentleman I would recommend him to any one who would require his professional assistance.

My Experience with Rentokill has been great. The effort put in by Omar Hill, has been second to none. A long 6 months road has been challenging for my family at times and Omar made sure he was doing everything he possibly could to resolve the issue. Reassuring myself that everything would be resolved as quickly and safely, as possible. Omar is a credit to your company. Very professional and polite person, whom doesnt just get the job done but does it the best of his ability and knowledge. Very thankful for his time and patience when I became stressed & anxious.

Had a rat infestation since november. It was an ongoing experience with this company for 5 months. I've like to give omar Hill from Bristol branch who works for this company a massive thank you for helping all these months and always updating and supporting throughout to get this resolved. He didn't just take it as a couple of minutes being here. He pushed to get it resolved and always working in the background of it. Always on time and stuck to visits dates. Always being on the phone when needed. He went the extra mile to help me and my kids move back into the property and made it safe again as much as he could. The only Criticis I have is one occasion where equipment wasn't available for 2 weeks which delayed it but omar hill always informed me to what was going to happen going forward. Omar hill was always friendly and professional throughout visits and calls, Also reassuring my anxiety and fears of my property and infection. As professions and doing their jobs. Omar hill always took myself and children's worries into account. I would highly recommend omar Hill personally to anyone going forwards. He made this horrible situation which first started in may 24 but became the worst in Nov 24 when rats ran across my children sleeping. He pushed to have repairs and other companies to fix issues were amazing, he had my back every step of the way. Always say thank you to Lee from Bristol branch also for support on occasions when explaining my situation and support of his colleague at the middle of this problem.

John Stoneman was very thorough and painstaking to make sure our problem was eradicated. we have told several friends how pleased we have been with the service he and Declan provided, and should we have any reoccurrance in future we would not hesitate to call Rentokil.

Rentokil swiftly identified and eliminated a rat and mouse infestation at our property using modern, humane methods. They fully resolved the issue within a month, and we have since set up a direct debit for ongoing monitoring. Highly recommended for effective, professional service.

The employee that came out to treat my home from fleas was so good he phoned me and booked appointment to suit me explained everything really well . When he came to the house he explained it all again and booked second app to sit me too amazing service
