The experience was seamless and easy!
Seamless process to rent a house in the Dominican Republic. Laura Muller was amazing to work with and so responsive and patient with all my questions.
Fast, Efficient, knowledgeable agent.
Great to work with and answered all questions promptly.
From the first contact to our family booking our bucket list vacation holiday and milestone birthday celebration for 2027, Erin was so attentive, polite and professional in answering questions, responding timely and making me feel comfortable about choosing Sleepy Shallows Villa. We look forward to a delightful and memorable experience.
Alexandra Steinberg and Erin O;Neill were great. Their follow-up was very timely and they were pleasant throughout. They answered all of my questions and when our contract required a couple of tweaks transitioning when Alexandra was headed out of town, Erin handled it seamlessly. This has been a wonderful customer experience.
Amanda Singer is amazing to work with! She was always available when I needed her and went the extra mile to help finalize the booking.
They did a great job helping me find rental options that I had not been able to find on my own. I was looking forward to working with the concierge service too but that has been a disappointment. My expectations could have been wrong but I thought they would be more helpful with helping me identify restaurants and planning our days. Not the case.
This trip to Sicily was the third time I have used Rental Escapes to find and book large villas for my friends and family. Without a doubt, they are the very best in offering top quality villa properties and in providing excellent service to their clients. Everything about the villas is exactly as described in their descriptions on the website. If there are any questions, they find the answer and respond promptly. I especially appreciate their guest experiences experts who find and arrange everything from chef meals in the villas to boat trips in the sea.
Keith was great to work with and handled everything in a timely manner. He worked with my client until she found the perfect location for her 40th Birthday celebration in Costa Rica.
I was very please with Elina's professionalism and knowledge. She made the process very easy.
Amanda was very patient and worked with me and the client to secure the villa in Bali.
Tania is an excellent representative! Knowledgeable, professional, and thorough…. She quickly grasped our family’s rental requirements and responded accordingly.
Great communication!
Marco was great at setting up our family adventure! We had to make a last minute change and they took care of it. Would use him again! Thank you
Very professional and helpful!
Our stay was amazing. This house was gorgeous and the pictures don’t do justice. Gio is so knowledgeable and responsive. Rose, the housekeeper cleaned so well, we didn’t want to touch anything. The outdoor shower was invigorating. I can’t wait to return.
Great service and attention to detail!
Amanda is the best!! Thank you for finding the perfect villa.
Erin is wonderful. Patient and Informative.
Erin was great and patient.
