Steph P is an absolute wizard. She finds the hidden gems even when you think there can't be anything left for 18 pax! She's extremely responsive and thorough. Thanks, Steph!
Andrea Ducharme was excellent and responsive. Clarity with regard to rates and demand of property. I look fwd to using other services pursuant to the confidence she created through rental process…
Sam Olson of Rental Escapes was extremely professional and responsive. This is the second year that we've worked with her on an international travel. We look forward to working with her and Rental Escapes for our next adventure!
Tania Lee has made the process of finding the perfect Villa for my very discerning clients so easy! I highly recommend Tania and Rental Escapes!
deane has been very helpful with all our needs so far
Excellent villa rental. Keith and Marina were so helpful in arranging activities and a private chef. I would highly recommend booking with them for group vacations. Local contact was also extremely helpful with all last minutes requests that made vacation stress free. I will definitely book again
Great experience working with Keith & Ruby. Keith was responsive and diligent in finding a suitable villa for my client. And Ruby was very responsive and easy to collaborate with, which was necessary, as we had a very robust itinerary to pull together in a very short period of time! My client & her group loved every detail!
Levi was awesome. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he delivered, quickly and within my budget. Customer service seems non-existent in these times, so when you receive great service, it's definitely worth telling. I will use Rental Escapes again as long as I can work with Levi!!
Took a long time to answer. Concierge is the same. About a month to try to book a house.
Good, So Far! Service has been great, I just wished all payment options were explained to me ahead of time. I am a proactive person so it was upsetting to hear AFTER I made my payment that I was able to use my credit card over wire/cash.
Erin understood all our requirements for a house, staff and amenities. The added bonus is the house has access to a nearby resort. Erin was very responsive anytime we had questions. She continued to communicate quickly through this process and we now have a signed rental contract for our Family Vacation.
Booking with Rental Escapes is always a pleasure! This will be our third family vacation with Rental Escapes and the team always makes things easy. They offer beautiful villa options, they provide great communication and onsite support.
Amanda Singer made the process seamless for my clients. She is very knowledgable, patient and organized. It’s been a great experience.
Keith was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in recommending the best villa for our family. He always responded immediately when asked any questions. He made the process of choosing our next vacation very stress free.
great pleasant and always helpful staff
Dean has been absolutely wonderful to work with! He is very responsive and helpful, answering everything promptly and with care. Will definitely recommend rental escapes and will be happy to work with them again in the future.
We had the best experience with Bianca!!! She was so thorough and quick with her replies. The villa was incredible- the staff quickly became like family, they were so kind and detailed. The chef was incredible, and we cannot say enough about Dexter, Antonio, and Fritz. We also had the best time on the boat they booked for our family, which was staffed with equally amazing of a crew.
Steph was and has been great working with us.
Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch attention and personalized support.
Very responsive to questions and options via email. The representative made the process easy and the transaction straight forward and secure.
