The experience was seamless and easy!
The booking experience with Rental Escapes has been great so far. I look forward to arriving in Costa Rica and seeing how great the property is. More to come on this review...
My villa specialist Tania Lee when out of her way to make sure we found the right villa at the right price. She searched various Caribbean Island and in Mexico to make sure we were pleased. Love their customer service!
Laura is an absolute superstar and rental escapes is lucky to have her! I reached out to multiple agencies to book a last minute accommodation for a trip that turned from business to a family vacation. Unlike my experience with other agents on the market, Laura was prompt, efficient, helpful and overall just a pleasure to work with. Laura has all our villa rental business going forward. Honourable mention to the rest of the rental escapes team who was also professional and easy to work with. Thanks for a lovely experience!
Our event at the Villa isn't until December 4th, but I felt compelled to share my experience so far, which has been absolutely amazing! From the moment we inquired about the Villa, the level of service we've received has been top-notch. Randee, who assisted us with booking, was phenomenal. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up made the entire booking process seamless. It's rare to encounter such outstanding customer service, and Randee truly set the bar high. What really impressed me is the personalized touch they offer once you book. They connect you with a specialist to cater to your needs during your stay. We've been working with Ruby for activity planning and private chef arrangements, and her support has been equally exceptional. She has been attentive, informative, and genuinely helpful in making sure all our plans are tailored perfectly. Although we haven't stayed at the Villa yet, I can confidently say that the pre-arrival service has been the best I've ever experienced. It has left us feeling excited and well cared for, and we cannot wait for our event in December! Thank you to the entire team for making this such a pleasant journey so far.
Amanda is so wonderful to work with!
Beautiful properties and Ann Brace has been great to work with. She's responsive, patient, and knowledgable. This was my first time booking with Rental Escapes. Based on my experience thus far, it's been wonderful. Rental Escapes will be my go-to for clients looking for a vacation home.
We are trying to get simple things like reservations for lunch, but nothing happens. The villa promises a level of service, but it is failing completely to meet even the minimal standard. Very disappointing.
This was my first time working with rental escapes they were very patient and available to talk and answer questions and I must say I must have changed my mind over a dozen times.rental escapes made sure they were able to accommodate my needs as well as my group I would highly recommend rental escapes and I will be booking with them for future events
Le service est incroyable et la communication est facile et rapide
Erin was highly responsive to my questions, and went out of her way to find alternatives when my first choice fell through
I have worked with Rental Escapes in the past and they always feel like what all customer service should be. The response time is quick, understanding to your needs and has never felt robotic. Rental Escapes will continue to be the first stop in booking a wonderful experience.
Steph was amazing to work with for my first Rental Escapes booking. She walked me through the whole process and found the PERFECT property for my clients!
They took time to research and find a villa that fit our families needs. Easy to contact and always responded promptly.
Booking was very smooth. Levi was very helpful on booking and very accommodating. Still in the planning stages of the trip looking forward working with our concierge. Rental Escapes customer service is top tier.
Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. Information provided online was very useful to narrow down selection that met our desires.
Laura was a rockstar to work with. She was willing to go the extra mile for the client and help anywhere she could. I look forward to working with her again and I recommend all the travel advisors to get to know Laura. She makes your client experience exceptional.
Erin was very informative, and timely with any questions I had and while we were making decisions.
Elina Toupin was wonderful to work with. She helped to steer me away from VRBO. I am looking forward to a month on St. Barts this coming winter!
Levi is the best agent EVER!!!!! This is my second year booking with Rental Escapes with Levi. He's attentive, polite, and knows exactly what I want.
Rental agent was very persistent.
