Great Customer Experience

Alexandra Steinberg and Erin O;Neill were great. Their follow-up was very timely and they were pleasant throughout. They answered all of my questions and when our contract required a couple of tweaks transitioning when Alexandra was headed out of town, Erin handled it seamlessly. This has been a wonderful customer experience.
