The experience was seamless and easy!
We have used Rental Escapes for 5 years now and love the service and expertise from all the agents. Laura Mueller helped me for the 2025 booking and she was fabulous with follow up and suggestions. Ali Ellis, Bianca, Marina all exceptional customer service-concierge agents that tend to every reservation in each destination. Highly, highly recommend RE for all your travel villa experiences!
Very responsive. Was a pleasure booking through them. Great communication!
A Plus service!!!! Deane was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make the booking process simple!
Working with Laura made our planning process simple and seamless!
This is the second time we have booked through Rental Escapes. Laura has been great from the original booking process through our stays. Highly recommend.
Steph was very patient and persistent in helping us find a rental home for our family. Have not been there yet.
Your follow-up was perfect. Thank you for everything
Laura Muller has made this so far one of the easiest and most enjoyable booking. We haven’t yet gone on our trip but if things continue to go the way booking did, I expect an unforgettable experience. Thank you Rental Escapes and especially Laura Muller!
Very easy to make the villa reservation, prompt and thorough response. The concierge service for transportation, reservations, leisure activities and tours is very helpful.

Elina was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive. Many nice villas to choose from.
Deane is amazing to work with. He is knowledgeable about the homes and area, quick to respond and friendly. Made booking our vacation house fun and easy.
We had Deane as our Villa Specialist, he was absolutely AWESOME!! Deane was born for his line of work; he was thorough with all recommendations and informative. I do not have a question unanswered. Exceeds expectations when looking for a place to vacation. I wish I could tip him.
Levi took the time to ask about the details of my trip so he could understand the needs of our group. He followed up with me (others with other travel companies did not) and worked to get me the best value possible! He really seemed invested in creating a wonderful experience for my family. I really appreciated his interaction and help!
Amanda the Representative for Rental Escape was Amazing !!! Helpful and Knowledgeable!!!
Lauren was great to work with, incredibly responsive and thorough in answering all my questions. She provided great insight based on my clients preferences as well.
Alexandra was great! She works long hours and was always available. We are very pleased One thought- if the Villa Specialist knows a client has additional villa/vacation questions, the Concierge person should call and answer the questions not have client wait until the required time to start planning details.
Amanda has been great to work with and find the perfect place for our large family within our budget! Thank you for all your hard work
They’ve streamlined some of what they’ve done in the past, this will be out 3rd booking, and looking forward to it!
Second time booking with Rental Escapes. I always appreciate their timely response and great recommendations
