Package broken in shipment and I have the package protection insurance. Well, it's been over a month since FedEx notified them that they package was damaged and could not be delivered. I show the package returning back to Remedy. They can't find it so they tell me I need to wait. But, FedEx has already returned it to them and they won't even look to see what's going on and correct the issue. These folks are awful when things go wrong. They don't do anything to fix issues. I regret shopping with them.

An order I placed over 2 months ago went missing en route. I had ordered the package protection. When the package went missing, suddenly my online invoice showed I didn't have the protection. Well I did purchase the protection, their website had a bug that removed it, without notice, from my cart. I documented the bug for them and shared my concerns. Initially, they seemed to understand the situation and assured me they would get right back to me. Well, that never happened. They don't want to have any responsibility when things go wrong. I have successfully had prior orders from them. They do sell legitimate things at decent prices. But, if something goes wrong, they don't do anything to fix the problem. They stop responding and seem to hope that I give up. I'm opening a dispute with my Credit Card provider on Monday if they don't fix this. They could have so easily fixed the situation and made things better. Instead, 2 months later, I'm still witihout my order or any sort of concern from them. DON'T TRUST THEM.

Terrible customer service. No way to speak to anyone about online order. Email replies take forever. FedEx lost my package yet Remedy refuses to refund my entire purchase price. They claim the insurance is only for the bottle, but I know for a FACT that FedEx refunded shipping to them. SO they made a $23 profit for nothing! AVOID!!!

This place has gone down hill. I ordered over $600 worth of wine. They alleged that it was shipped and that "I" told the shipping company to put a "Hold" on the shipment which is nonsense and a scam. This place is a scam and did not offer me a refund.

1-Star Review: Appalling Customer Service and Unacceptable Handling of My Order I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Remedy Liquor and feel compelled to warn others about their abysmal customer service and complete disregard for accountability. On May 23, 2025, I purchased a bottle of Sassenach, only to be informed by UPS that the package was damaged in transit and returned to Remedy Liquor. What followed was a frustrating, month-long ordeal marked by vague responses, outright negligence, and a refusal to take responsibility. According to UPS tracking, the damaged package was delivered to Remedy Liquor’s facility on June 6, 2025, at 11:05 PM, but was refused by their staff. Despite providing this information—along with screenshots—in multiple emails, Remedy Liquor repeatedly responded with a generic, copy-pasted message: “Once the package gets back to our facility, we will take all the necessary steps.” This response was not only unhelpful but also blatantly ignored the fact that the package had already been returned and rejected by their own team. When I pressed for clarification and asked about their next steps or coordination with UPS, their replies remained evasive. At one point, they claimed UPS had never contacted them, despite UPS’s attempts to reach out, and only then did they mention “putting a trace” on the package. Even after this, they reverted to the same canned response, showing zero effort to address the issue or acknowledge their role in refusing the damaged return. After weeks of back-and-forth with no progress, I demanded a full refund, as the situation had become utterly unacceptable. While they eventually processed a refund, they had the audacity to exclude the shipping costs I incurred for their mishandled order. This final insult cemented their lack of care for their customers. Remedy Liquor’s incompetence, refusal to communicate meaningfully, and failure to take accountability turned a simple transaction into a nightmare. Save your money and shop elsewhere—anywhere that values customers and knows how to handle basic business operations.

I bought a bottle of an allocated tequila from Remedy Liquor, and it arrived half empty. There was no breakage or staining on the box from a leak. They just sent a bottle that wasn't full. I emailed them about it, and they offered to give me $15 back on an over $100 purchase. I have exchanged multiple emails trying to resolve the issue. Now, most vendors are sold out of this bottle, and I will have to luck into one from somewhere local. I will never buy from them again. If you purchase from them, just know that they aren't going to help you if there is an issue with the bottle. #TerribleCustomerService

This company took my money and never delivered the product I ordered. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they never contacted me back. Truly a scam.

This business is run by scam artists. I will be filing a lawsuit against them for taking my money and not delivering my product. Be very careful with this company, or just avoid all together.

Pretty sure this is one of those companies that has an item “in stock” then takes your money and neglects to let you know that they have to wait for the vendor to ship the product to them or they have to locate the product. Purchased a bottle of SirDavis on May 7th and haven’t heard a peep since then. It’s May 19th. All I ask is that I’m notified of any delay you may have regarding a product I buy.

Order 1 bottles of Cordon Bleu and 2 Macallan 12. The shipment was okay, no complain The Cordon Blue did not taste the same as the one from Total Wine. The bottle dont look the same as the ones Total Wine. I beleive they sent me the fake one. The Macallan 12 taste just like the ones I bought from other stores.

Order was shipped to wrong adress and then I was lectured to about how it was my fault using wrong address on their automated system! Took four days to respond while I tried to correct problem, again using their automated system and e mails no contact for 4 days. Then snotty e mail critisizing me. Fifth order this year, 2nd one screwed up. They do not appreciate Good Customers. I will shop elsewhere. Good products. Lousy Customer service skills!

Not sure about this site but they randomly cancelled my order after a week. Got my money back but not a positive experience.

Called them couple times about detail of current promo. Also sent email about the same question. But no response. It's impossible to get to life person for internet orders

Recently placed a large order, prior to reading some of the negative reviews. So was a little nervous with what would happen. After three business days I was notified that a partial shipment was being sent out and the remainder were still being prepared. The initial shipment was about a third of my total order and was being shipped from one of their stores closer to my area. So that was the first positive thing that there was no additional shipping costs and they were sending out what was immediately available. Received the first shipment and the packaging (individual, plastic suitcase-like wrapping) was superb, and the products were as described with no damage. Today, received the remainder of my order, with the same exceptional packaging. No complaints…thank you Remedy Liquor.

Top shelf booze at low shelf prices! Complaints on here seem to be about breakage, slow shipping and communication. I paid $2.25 for Package Protection - all came PERFECTLY. I paid $174, including S&H, and saved $105 on same bottles local! VERY VERY pleased! My only complaint; it took 2 weeks to arrive. The FedEx tracking # provided was wrong (so I logged into my FedEx account for correct #). No way to SPEAK to them. Listed phone number is only a message "please email". Will I continue to buy from Remedy? - ABSOLUTELY!!!

Recently, I placed an online order with Remedy Liquors, including several bottles of tequila. Upon arrival, I discovered that one of the bottles a Clase Azul was leaking inside the package. While the seal was partially intact, the cap was visibly rusted on the inside, and the bottle was covered in a brown liquid that did not resemble tequila. I immediately contacted Remedy Liquors to report the issue, providing photos as evidence. Their response was disappointing they offered only a $10 credit and refused to issue a refund or replace the damaged bottle unless I shipped it back. Given that the bottle was actively leaking, this request was both impractical and unreasonable. I also had witnesses present when I opened the package who can verify the condition of the bottle. Despite this, Remedy Liquors declined to take responsibility for the defective product. As a serious collector of fine spirits, I expect better service from a retailer specializing in premium liquors. Remedy Liquors' handling of this situation was unacceptable, and as a result, they have lost not only my business but also that of my friends.

Bought Remy Martin XO cognac several times Fast no hassle shipping 100% satisfied

this is a scam business . i ordered a bottle of champagne from them they took weeks and did not ship and at rhe end charged me 12 dollars restocking fee. they are im the business of ripping customers off.. pretty simple advertise alcohol prices online . people pay you money . delay shipping a long time untill customer is frustrated and then charge them 12 dollars re stocking fee great plan to make 12 dollars for free and do nothing.

Ordered 4 bottles of tequila through Flaviar and received the wrong bottles . Flaviar customer service was very helpful and responsive as they communicated to the vendor (Remedy LC) to resolve the issue. Remedy initially came back stating I was sent the correct bottles. I supplied photos of what was delivered vs what I ordered from the website, confirmation pages, emails. Weeks went by and still no resolve from Remedy. All I wanted was to exchange what I received and get the correct bottles I ordered. In the end Flaviar just refunded my money and supplied me with a return label for the incorrect bottles. What a hassle and still don't have the product I ordered. Don't get why they couldn't just send me the correct bottles, as they are currently still being offered on both Flaviar's and Remedy's websites. Doesn't make sense to me. I have since placed an order with Sip Tequila, I will see how it goes this time around.

I had high expectations from Remedy Liquor as a long-time customer, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a collectible, high-value bottle priced at $250 and even paid a 15% markup for their "package protection" to ensure it would arrive safely. However, when the package arrived, the bottle’s seal was broken, raising serious concerns about its authenticity, integrity, and whether it had been tampered with. I immediately contacted Remedy Liquor with photos of the damaged product, requesting a replacement or resolution. Not only did they fail to respond to multiple follow-ups, but when I referred to the package protection, they stated that the protection doesn’t cover this kind of issue. This makes their so-called "protection" fee feel like an unnecessary and misleading expense. To make matters worse, the same product is now listed on their website for $180. This highlights that resolving the issue would have been a minimal cost to them, but they chose to ignore a loyal customer. For anyone considering purchasing collectible or expensive items from Remedy Liquor, I strongly recommend thinking twice. The lack of proper packaging, accountability, and customer support makes this a risky choice. Paying extra for package protection is pointless if it doesn’t even cover issues like this. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and have already disputed the charge with my credit card company. A business that fails to stand by its promises and ignores legitimate customer concerns does not deserve the trust of its clientele. Proceed with caution, especially for high-value purchases.
