2 months and only disappointment
An order I placed over 2 months ago went missing en route. I had ordered the package protection. When the package went missing, suddenly my online invoice showed I didn't have the protection. Well I did purchase the protection, their website had a bug that removed it, without notice, from my cart. I documented the bug for them and shared my concerns. Initially, they seemed to understand the situation and assured me they would get right back to me. Well, that never happened. They don't want to have any responsibility when things go wrong. I have successfully had prior orders from them. They do sell legitimate things at decent prices. But, if something goes wrong, they don't do anything to fix the problem. They stop responding and seem to hope that I give up. I'm opening a dispute with my Credit Card provider on Monday if they don't fix this. They could have so easily fixed the situation and made things better. Instead, 2 months later, I'm still witihout my order or any sort of concern from them. DON'T TRUST THEM.
