Package broken in shipment is my problem?
Package broken in shipment and I have the package protection insurance. Well, it's been over a month since FedEx notified them that they package was damaged and could not be delivered. I show the package returning back to Remedy. They can't find it so they tell me I need to wait. But, FedEx has already returned it to them and they won't even look to see what's going on and correct the issue. These folks are awful when things go wrong. They don't do anything to fix issues. I regret shopping with them.
