Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
Rem Fit Bamboo Charcoal Pillow
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

A new life
I was involved in a serious road traffic collision a year ago with my wife, we both still have pain and struggled sleeping at night, we bought this new mattress and I have slept right through the night pain free which I haven't done for a year, I know it might sound unreal but it isn't, the mattress was delivered and old one taken away for free and it's been a dream, It has really made a massive difference to our lives because we get great sleep now, i already know i dont need to trial it for the 200 days you get with it, i would 100% recommend it to anyone, it's so comfortable.

Hybrid Lux 600…
The purchase of a Hybrid Lux 600 special edition was very easy via the website and my order arrived very quickly, however I was a little disappointed that the 2 pillows arrived in open packages. Now having had almost 3 month's of using the items, I am not very happy at all, the mattress is a little hard and on top if that it is also showing signs of sagging and not bouncing back like other memory foam mattresses do, the pillows are also very flat with very little bounce and quite frankly a little useless for them also being memory foam, I also purchased a mattress protector which has been thrown away already as it was full of holes from being placed on the bed from the start and also after washing as you need to pull it quite hard in the corners. I have tried turning the mattress round but I think I will be returning it for a refund within the 200 day return period.

Lovely comfortable mattress
Lovely comfortable mattress. I ordered a firm 9/10 because of back pains and I now wake up without any pain. I got 2 free pillows with my order, one of which had a mark on it from the manufacturer, and so they sent me out another 2 for free. 100% recommend this company.

Unfortunately this pillow does not suit…
Unfortunately this pillow does not suit me. Used it for four nights and woke every morning with stiff neck and a headache. Sent four emails and two live chats, still waiting for anyone from remfit to contact me. My advise, don’t bother ! Update! Rem-fit very kindly contacted me and have already refunded me in full for the pillow. Thank you Chris for sorting this out for me.

Read lots of reviews first
I read lots of reviews in what seemed like my never ending quest to find a comfy pillow. REM-Fit came out on top a lot, so I took a chance and ordered two. Delivered as requested but look out for no weekend dispatch days in case you are in a hurry. Fits my standard pillow case. Initially I thought they looked too low to be comfy but I was pleasantly surprised - they are very comfy and the height is fine. They are supportive without being too hard. It’s very early days but I really hope they keep the shape and height, they do spring back to normal size after laying on them and moving in the night. No strange smell like other pillows I’ve had. They come with a removable case for washing. 4 stars for my early review maybe 5 after more experimental sleeps. Happy so far.

So far so good, and better than the simba i tried.
So far so good! Firstly the customer service was good from the beginning, you can chat on their website with someone who can recommend which of their mattresses will suit your requirements. I needed a new mattress and bought a simba which on trying was WAY too firm for me and caused my shoulder to hurt. I also found the simba mattress to be really hot. So i did a lot of research online and ended up on REM-FIT. I told the assistant my requirements (i am a slim 5’6” woman who is a side & back sleeper) and has a job that causes aching shoulders. They recommended the 400 elite model which so far suits me perfectly. Its really supportive but just has a slight bit of give to feel comfortable enough and allow my shoulders to get pressure relief. So far a am sleeping much better and as a bonus it was cheaper than the simba mattress. The quality of the mattress also seems to be just as good. The only thing i could nit-pick with so far is that the packaging it was delivered in was ‘no frills’ but it was securely packaged so that's all i care about. Oh and you get free pillows too!
