Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Had no second thoughts as where to buy a new mattress, our old 400 is only 4 years old and still in perfect condition, we only replaced it as we wanted a super king. 2 weeks in and our new 600 lux is soooo comfy

Rem-Fit 600 Elite mattress.
Had my 600 Elite mattress for a few days now and it seems spot on. It's a bit firmer than expected but think it'll soften up a bit over time. It looks and feels well made but the lack of side handles is a real pain when moving it about. The free pillows that came with it though are pretty poor. Quality is good, but they feel thin and you just don't sink into the. Overall purchase and delivery was very good indeed.

Warranty claim
My mattress developed faulty after 2 years of usage. Amy was wonderfully helpful, she's advised to make a warranty claim (i did about a week ago or less). They acted extremely fast on it, and just 5 minutes ago I've received my new mattress. I'm very happy.

Huge improvement in the quality of my sleep
This is the first week using my cool gel pillow. It’s made a huge difference to my sleep quality. I am waking up less in the night (previously to bash my feather pillow into a better shape). The cool gel pillow feels strange compared to a traditional feather pillow but I have quickly got used to it and am very impressed by how much better I feel having a better nights sleep. The crick in my neck seems to have disappeared as well.

Trustworthy company with great products
The ordering process was great, with very quick delivery and great customer service. Could be confident ordering with this company as they are reliable and trustworthy, and sort out problems quickly. The mattress itself is perfect. My back has been much better supported and I have not had any backache since using the new mattress. It's extremely comfortable. I will always buy from REM-Fit in the future as I can be sure my money will be spent on a good product.
