Hybrid Lux 600…
The purchase of a Hybrid Lux 600 special edition was very easy via the website and my order arrived very quickly, however I was a little disappointed that the 2 pillows arrived in open packages. Now having had almost 3 month's of using the items, I am not very happy at all, the mattress is a little hard and on top if that it is also showing signs of sagging and not bouncing back like other memory foam mattresses do, the pillows are also very flat with very little bounce and quite frankly a little useless for them also being memory foam, I also purchased a mattress protector which has been thrown away already as it was full of holes from being placed on the bed from the start and also after washing as you need to pull it quite hard in the corners. I have tried turning the mattress round but I think I will be returning it for a refund within the 200 day return period.
