The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

I bought a 400 hybrid and it was not what I expected. It is very firm and not at all "cossetting" but, I have to say that the pains in my shoulders and hips that I previously experienced on other mattresses have completely dissappeared. My wife is "getting used to it" but she didn't like it to start with. Also, I have to say that I'm feeling a bit ripped off as two weeks after I took delivery (8 days not 1 to 3 as advertised) it was on sale for £150 less than I paid for it. Nonetheless, it does appear to be doing it's job as I'm sleeping well on it.

Super value on the deal.Delivered on time. Old mattress taken away. Only problem was “ implied help unpacking” . At 79 with disabled wife your instructions a wee bit weird. The so call opener was eventually found within packaging, no use then. Difficult to work out upper or lower. I did it the wrong way. Too late , it took me 45 minutes to successfully turnover. Great side support looked in perfect condition. Filled in your guarantee, as requested online. Promised a confirmation. Still waiting. Still we sleep like babes with combined age of over 160 years between us.

Ordered on the Thursday arrived Monday morning it was ready to sleep on Monday night. I’ve had it just about a week now and I can’t wait to go to bed it feels so luxurious. One happy side sleeper.

received bed and mattress yesterday. delivery lads could not have been more careful and helpful. Slept on mattress last night and was the best sleep for ages. Bed still has to be assembled. communication with company is very slow via e-mails and a telephone line would benefit. hopefully both will last some time.

Things started off very well for my journey with REM-Fit UK. I feel like I got a good deal, I had a good line of communication with the company when I asked some questions before buying, and I was excited having read all the good reviews on both TrustPilot and Facebook. Some people said it was THE most comfortable mattress they’ve slept on and had the best night sleep. I’ve had back surgery 2 years ago and really needed to upgrade my mattress. The 400 Hybrid mattress was purchased on 11/06, it was a very quick smooth process and was delivered only three days later on 14/06! Two men brought the mattress in, rolled up lengthways and shrink wrapped, I immediately opened up and positioned the mattress and was instantly a little deflated in the first initial impressions. The mattress does feel soft to touch, it has a good look to it, it has four handy handles on the underside although one ripped away on the first pull when positioning the mattress solo! I allowed the mattress to settle for 12 hours before use as it was delivered and unwrapped in the morning. The evening I came to sleep on it, hoping it would be super comfortable, only my partner and I weren’t aware of what was to come! We were SO uncomfortable, it was comparable to sleeping on the floor. I woke at 4am and had to dig out my 7cm thick mattress topper just to find some comfort. We both woke, baring in mind we are 31 and 27 years old, we felt the worst back pain in a very long time. The lumbar spine just felt totally seized and stiff, we were infact crippled for a good 5 hours that day. It was very apparent there was no way we could sleep on this another night. I immediately emailed REM-Fit UK asking to arrange a return, I explained my experience but we were to-and-fro a few times because they insisted I keep it for 30 days before considering a return. I explained I just could not even consider 1 more sleep nevermind another 29. They then offered me a partial refund which was actually very generous but this was not a mattress I was going to use! I said I would be returning it regardless whether it’s now or 30 days of use and declined the partial refund.. With that said they eventually accepted my return request, it was collected on 19/06 (1 week after the initial delivery) and I received my full refund came through on 22/06. My overall experience: customer service did seem good, the hassle free returns as they advertise it to be was certainly not hassle free.. However I did have it collected and fully refunded in the end. It is a shame, it was so uncomfortable!!

Further Edit : company is now rejecting the cash back offer which was part of the reason I made the purchase in the first place. Hard company to deal with… Edit : Manufacturer Addressed the issue and provided me with an upgrade in my order and some complimentary pillows as a way of saying sorry, cannot say fairer than that, will see what they are like on arrival ! Order was due for delivery in 3 days, was lied to and almost a week later no contact at all, it took me chasing multiple times and threatening to cancel to get anything actioned. 1*
