The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Ordered two pillows on 6/6/24 for next day delivery. A week later I contacted to say my order had not been delivered. Then I was told it was out of stock and an alternative would be delivered. Nothing arrived and after being promised product would arrive by 25/6/24 (initial delivery was supposed to be next day) 8/7/24 asked for a refund as still no product had been delivered. Disgraceful service and broken promises. Avoid at all costs. Still awaiting refund. They said it would be processed within 3-5 working days and would appear in my account up to 10 working days later. No money has been refunded to date. They have had my money for two months and no product or refund. Disgrace.

Shocking poor quality 23cm soft mattress. Don't trust on fake reviews REM-FIT. Rem fit luxe 600 S king size. -delivered in on 2th July and received 8th July. -very bad smell pillows and mattress. -mattress is sinking and soft. -mattress edges are soft and and easily compress to 5cm. -mattress 23cm -pillows very poor quality. If you need mattress go for the cheap one will be the same quality. Returning the mattress happy to sleep on the floor. Update: after investigation RemFit agreed to refund and book a collection still haven't received the refund and the collection is fake they told me that DX delivery will connect me for collection next 24hours after a few day I contacted DX and they said that nothing booked.

Purchased mattress from Rem Fit after reading Trustpilot reviews. I have had 2 prolapsed discs twice and have constant back pain but Rem Fit seemed like the company to remedy this so I put in an order. Mattress arrived promptly. Great quality, I thought. Very firm, the way I wanted it. After a few weeks I noticed that the mattress was starting to dip on the side I slept on. I turned it around but the same happened. I am now left with a mattress that has dipped on both sides and remains high in the middle. I hate the thought of going to bed at night as I know that I am in for interrupted sleep plus aches and pains. I have gone past the guarantee date so have no comeback. This is the worst mattress I have ever had. Total rubbish. Do not buy from this company

I ordered a REM-FIT 500 Ortho Elite Hybrid Mattress from this company. Within in 1 hr I was contacted by Amy to say the item was out of stock, and would be back in stock in 10 days. Amy said I could wait or have a refund issued. The mattress arrived 10 days later, the delivery men texted a 1hr time slot, took the mattress upstairs and removed my old one without any fuss. REM are clearly paying for high end delivery, I could not fault the guys from Rhenus logistics. I can recommend the mattress, I looked at a few in High St shops and non-came close to this one. Thanks for all your help Amy. I would recommend REM-FIT

Great website, easy to chose right product, great comms, delivery on day and at time promised and fantastic comfy mattress installed and in place in 7 days from order. Delivery team excellent! Not a single blip in the whole process - from click to sleep!
