Good product, bad service
The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Eventually some excellent customer service
I wanted a cool gel or snow pillow and had the snow in my cart on the website. Unfortunately you do not deliver to Northern Ireland. I would be willing to pay a small delivery charge. Not a great look refusing to deliver to the full UK market. I’m disappointed and angry. Thanks for the reply, but a medium parcel up to 2 Kg (your pillow is approx 1KG) delivered by Royal Mail 48hr tracked is only £5.09. I wouldn’t call that prohibitively expensive and is a price I would happily pay. After a little back and forth with Customer Service, Amy has been excellent and a credit to the company. I have been able to place an order for delivery to Northern Ireland. Many thanks

Great remfit 1000 mattress
I purchased a Remfit 1000 mattress, which has been great so far. It's softer than I expected, but that's exactly what I wanted. The mattress came with two pillows, although I wouldn't describe them as very comfortable. There was a one-day delay in delivery.

Well worth the money
I read about quite a few different mattress toppers and reviews, and as I had had an egg box type topper many, many years ago and found it so good, I decided to go for this particular product, and I am glad I did. It is so comfortable, very quick delivery, easy to unfold and leave for awhile, very straightforward to put on the bed and a really good night's sleep

Waited a month for my pillows
I purchased two REM-Fit 500 pillows, and during checkout, there was a small notice on the final page indicating potential delays of up to 14 days. Although I was not in a rush, and the pillows seemed in stock (it was not a back order), I assumed 'up to 14 days' was just a precaution. However, it took nearly a month for them to ship the pillows to me finally. My frustration lies not in the delay but in the lack of communication from the company. A simple apology for the unexpected wait would have sufficed. Instead, they relied on automated replies to my queries. Pillows are ok. Marginally better than my old IKEA memory foam ones. The cooling effect is not that present.

Probably the worst customer service
Probably the worst customer service, no reply to emails, unable to understand what AM means twice mailed to state I need an am delivery, no reply, later told the can't organise an am delivery so why ask. A very poor show Remfit. Hope the beds ok

Delivery misleading
Order arrived today. Delivery man left the mattress at the front. I thought it was a 2 man delivery with the mattress taken to room of choice? Now left trying to get a 40KG mattress up flights of stairs on my own. UPDATE - REM FIT addressed issue quickly and offered me 2 memory foam pillows by way of apology Happy issue is now resolved and with offer from them

This really is a 10 out of 10 company for me! Rem-Fit provided an excellent end-to-end service where they really delivered. Everything was great from initial order placement, customer service, delivery and post care. I strongly recommend this company. Brilliant mattress and huge thanks to the Rem-Fit team, particularly Amy who has been great! Very happy with my purchase.
