The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

The pillow I received was tiny and hard and it had a stain on it. After a series of AI generated emails I managed to send it back. 6 weeks later I still haven't had a refund even though DPD sent me a photo to show it had been received by remfit.

Bought a 600 mattress in November 2023, all fine. Since then it has completely come apart, the sides have come away from the rest of the mattress. I've been trying to get a replacement for 4 weeks, keep getting more emails stalling the process. All the chasing is down to the customer and they really couldn't care less. Now they want £45 to deliver the replacement, despite the fact that they've clearly sold me a faulty product. Without the payment they won't honour the guarantee, it's downright blackmail. I have asked for them to raise a complaint, nothing...... They keep going on about me paying an invoice for the delivery, one which they haven't even sent to me. And one I don't think I should have to pay. They don't have a phone number anywhere and that's because they really don't want to help you. Do yourself a favour and steer clear from this joke of a company

I brought a rem fit mattress in January 2024 at first it was good but in the last few months I am getting pressure point pain in my hips which wake me up in the night. I was over my 100 days so rem fit have been working tirelessly with me to come up with a solution for me and changing it for a slightly softer mattress. The 600 is a fantastic mattress but just to firm for me so a slightly softer one is best for me Great customer service 👏

I bought the Charcoal Bamboo pillow and it has been an absolute dream in helping my neck pain as it's just the right height and is very supportive. It's also hypoallergenic which is ideal for me and keeps you cool at night. Customer service were very response and helpful with questions I had about what to buy. I would definitely buy from them again.
