Faulty Rem Fit 600 mattress and awful customer service
Bought a 600 mattress in November 2023, all fine. Since then it has completely come apart, the sides have come away from the rest of the mattress. I've been trying to get a replacement for 4 weeks, keep getting more emails stalling the process. All the chasing is down to the customer and they really couldn't care less. Now they want £45 to deliver the replacement, despite the fact that they've clearly sold me a faulty product. Without the payment they won't honour the guarantee, it's downright blackmail. I have asked for them to raise a complaint, nothing...... They keep going on about me paying an invoice for the delivery, one which they haven't even sent to me. And one I don't think I should have to pay. They don't have a phone number anywhere and that's because they really don't want to help you. Do yourself a favour and steer clear from this joke of a company
