The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

The mattress is superb, the pillows are undersize and a very loose fit in a standard pillow case with a large gap between them, in my case made even worse on a king size bed! Most likely going to have to buy standard size pillows.

We’ve had our 600 lux mattress for four weeks now and it’s blissfully comfortable. We had a memory foam mattress before and spent a lot of money on it. I was experiencing problems with my thoracic spine and would be shifting around all through the night to alleviate pain. From the first night the difference was really noticeable and now after four weeks I have no issues at all. Going to bed is a joy. Wish I’d bought it sooner. I only hope it lasts.

As with a lot of the 1 star reviews (and there are many), the customer service is appalling. I ordered 2 pillows and wanted to return one as my wife thought it was a bit high. As it was unopened this is allowed by the distance selling regulations. Rem-Fit agreed to accept the return and I was offered a collection from DPD. I was told I would be contacted by DPD and eventually I was, but this was only after 3 ignored emails from Rem-Fit. When I got the QR code from DPD, it wasn’t for a collection. I had to drop it off, which was difficult as I did not have a drop-off point near me. Customer service blamed DPD. I expect it was because a drop off is cheaper than ordering a collection. I have a business and I know DPD does collect from my area. I managed to drop it off and the pillow was received by Rem-Fit on the 29th of August. They state a refund will be with me in 3-5 days. I am not surprised they have not confirmed receipt or processed a refund. This needs to happen or I will initiate a chargeback on my credit card. With all of the 1 star reviews, maybe the owners of the company should take note and look at the customer service given and improve it.
