Good product, bad service

The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these

500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months

I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Top of the line matress… it’s OK, not great.

Purchased top of the line mattress with pillows. Delivery arrived as arranged. We had also paid for collection of old mattress but the driver said he wasn’t taking it, we told him that collection was paid for so he needs to take. Plus the mattress was already by the front door ready for him. He still refused, thankfully the other chap in the van was expecting a collection and the mattress was finally taken. As for the new mattress, it’s ok. Not as good as I hoped or the hype and thankfully better than our old one, but it’s just ok. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts. The pillows are already misshapen so I’m not holding much hope for the mattress.

The quality is excellent for the…

The quality is excellent for the affordable price. I purchased the Rem-Fit 1000 mattress, and it meets our expectations. It's more medium than medium-firm, but that's exactly what we needed. Although delivery was delayed, they arranged for it to arrive the next day.

Everything went as promised

Everything went as promised. Delivery quick and efficient with choice of dates and updates on actual timings. A very different experience from our order with one of their competitors which we had to cancel after several very unsuccessful emails. Have only had mattress a couple of weeks but everything seems great so far.

First and replacement mattresses were faulty

First mattress was faulty and my contacts were ignored until I placed a message on social media about the difficulties. They did not replace promptly as they claim to have done, it took a lot of stress to get to that stage. The fault caused injury. Replacement was eventually made but is not of the same firmness of the original order despite them saying its the same spec it definitely is not the original was firm this one very soft they excuse this with the fact they have a new supplier but the difference is vast, i have invited them to check and also the 2nd mattress has already given way badly in less than 2 months has become faulty. They are noting I didn't tell them of the fault, but I did many times and invited them to assess which they are ignoring and refuse to deal with this as a fault. They now want to charge me for what were free pillows and cover at £100 instead of a full refund. They note that the pillows and cover have a value, but they were misleadingly advertised as free complimentary and in this case were an apology for the first error, I didn't even know I was getting them. I would not have bought them but now they want to charge me for this. No fault of my own but if they onky partially refund me I am out of pocket. They note in their response it's due to use of the mattress for 2.5 months. The guarantee is advertised as 8years but they won't assess that it's faulty for that to apply. Terrible quality and service. Also they will only refund me if I remove this review, although thye now say thats not the case the communications did ask for this in a bullying way, so I am now lots out of pocket so I can do the right thing by others. Revised offer was 84% refund so basically I am out of pocket through zero fault of my own. Their response indicates a charge for using a mattress until it went faulty? Doesn't seem fair to me does it you?

REM-Fit 400 Hybrid Mattress

REM-Fit 400 Hybrid Mattress. Our bed is electrical adjustable so a single mattress was not an option. Recently I came across REM online and after a little thought decided to buy one for myself and was delighted with the result. The mattress in neither hard nor soft, but is firm and extremely comfortable. I liked the experience so much I bought one for my wife also and she now is able to to get a full undisturbed nights sleep also
