Good product, bad service

The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these

500 Ortho Hybrid issues from 18 months

I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!

Rem Fit Bamboo Charcoal Pillow

purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

REM-Fit 600® Lux Elite Hybrid Mattress

Very happy with the REM-Fit 600® Lux Elite Hybrid Mattress and service from start to finish. Mattress was delivered directly to the room and the old mattress removed without fuss. It took a few days to get used to the firmness however that probably had more to do with the old mattress which was approx 10 years old.

Don’t believe the hype

We got medium firm but it’s rock hard I’m still waking up with back ache and it stinks an absolutely awful smell I don’t recommend these mattresses at all not worth the money it’s gone on spare bed and we have got a cheap medium firm from elsewhere

Best mattress ever

The order arrived as planned and the mattress inflated easily. It took a few days for the gases to disperse but as this had been explained in advance, it didn't worry me. The comfort level is excellent.

I received someone else’s mattress…

I received someone else’s mattress initially. The correct mattress was delivered on the second attempt however the incorrect mattress which I was told would be collected at the same time was not collected. On the third collection attempt, the mattress was finally collected but they also tried to deliver the entirety of my initial order again. Just seems there is a problem with the link between ordering and delivering products. However I do really like my new mattress, its just a shame the process of getting it was so painful. Due to this constant muck ups I would not recommend this company to others.

Highly recommended company

Second mattress from this company, have a king we bought several years back which is still going strong (ortho 500) and just bought a double of the same for another room. Mattresses are absolutely spot on really comfy and fantastic quality, customer support is also excellent.

Underwhelming Elite pro

Delivery was two guys hiking the mattress upstairs dumping it on the floor and walking straight out via a quick signature. I went for the elite pro 500 …states it is very firm, it’s not…my previous mattress was firmer so that was a little disappointing plus the info saying the sides being strong you can sit on them, for me they do not perform anything like that and I’m a fit 12st, sleeping wise it’s ok, worth the extra money for the elite…I’m not sure ….too much hassle to even think about returning so it stays but overall I’m underwhelmed given the online sales pitch.

Deliveries took longer than advised…

Deliveries took longer than advised without reason. When I completed the guarantee forms on the mattress it took more than a week to resolve or respond in any way. Communication poor

Fab mattress, website offers misleading

Mattress is fabulous, love it! But dropped a star as websites misleading in regard to ‘free removal’ offer! Had to fight for them to honour this despite it being advertised in the website, but they came good in the end and honoured offer. Would definitely recommend the product / mattress extremely comfortable :)
