Friendly staff and the car was ready for us when we arrived. Car was in good condition and quite comfortable, the model was a couple of years old I think. I would definitely hire from RedSpot again.

Never trust them. Give you a unsafe car then when something happens they slam you with bills and want you to pay or threaten you with debt collectors. Good holiday till I had to deal with them, never using them again.

We rented from Sydney airport last year and I needed copies of my rental agreements for my company. I couldn't get the Sydney office with several attempts but when I tried Melbourne I got hold of Kirsty and she was incredibly helpful in difficult circumstances during the lockdown. She called back, followed up and sent emails promptly and efficiently. Great work Kirsty!
