New system didn't take my booking initially, I had a number, but the had nothing on their system. Staff at the airport, made it effortless to get it sorted out
Mei was wonderful to deal with and gave us great ideas as to where to go. She said we should take the mystery car and on pick up day found out it was a brand new Skoda. Will definitely use them again if coming to Cairns.
Can't fault these guys. Easy to book, easy collection and return and they provided a great car for the money. They didn't come top on searches so seek them out and get a quote.

As a walk-up renter at Melbourne airport I was informed that damage waiver and roadside assistance were compulsory. Nowhere in any documentation, on-line or elsewhere, is any mention made of this. Company web site states "What’s a premium location fee (PLF)? It’s a surcharge for those rentals collected from airport and certain downtown locations. This fee is generally snuck in as a hidden cost by our competitors but with us, it’s part of our all-inclusive rate quoted up front." NO IT'S NOT. It's added as a 32% surcharge to the invoice. Registration fees ($7/day) and Contract fee (3.5%) are also added. My $314 Toyota Corolla rental ended up costing $752.

They called me after five days to tell me that I have to pay an additional fee because I am a probationary driver. Initially I was told that the probationary driver fee was covered in that cost, but clearly it was not. I was disappointed to hear that they changed their minds. The person who gave me the car, Isaac is a good guy and very friendly, the company not that much.

Very poor. Made a booking online. Turned up early and was told I’d need to put down $1000 deposit. No mention of this possibility on the website when I made the booking. If there had have been, I could have organised it, or gone with europcar. I’d be unwilling to put that money down due to the very poor reviews on other sites. Whole day was ruined. How on earth their reviews are so different to other sites on here is weird. If you’re foolish enough to book with them, expect surprises.
The communication was excellent!! The staff were friendly and very helpful, even driving me back to collect my car!!! The car provided suited our needs perfectly. I would recommend them to everyone!
