I have been charged for so many tolls even though I did not travel on those roads. It is a trap. Do not use this company.

Car was good. You could have a Red Spot signing at your desk in Sydney International Terminal. Would make it easier to find you

Unfortunately we walked around the Sydney airport looking for the Redspot office not knowing that they had changed trading name to Enterprise which delayed us greatly. When we did find the office we discovered the car we booked wasn't available and we received a smaller older car with lots of damage and not very clean. Unlikely to use them again but it's no reflection on the staff who were super friendly and tried hard to help us out.

Agent in the counter and Crew at parking lot was excellent. We have enjoyed without any car problem. Only thing is the a little high cost for rental cost and toll.

HIDDEN CHARGES DO NOT TRUST I booked a car online. all good when i got to airport to pick it up. 3x times the cost. including a 'contract fee' (whats that ) and $1000 deposit which, when i complained as the last straw they dropped to $500 but they still haven't refunded. DO NOT TRUST unless you like paying $1900 for 2 day car rental

Very impressed with the ease of booking, the professionalism is staff, the quality of the vehicle and picking up and dropping off was simple. I will definitely be relying on Red Spot again!

Good Service on check-in once counter located. Upgraded car was useful

I was told by the staff that damage done to the car would not be billable to me. When I went to exchange the car, they denied ever reading my email even though they responded to it saying that I didn’t owe any payment for the damages. When I told showed the email chain with evidence that I was told this, they still denied ever being told about the situation and didn’t care what they previously told me (in writing).

I was greeted by friendly staff who helped me along my way quickly and efficiently and were helpful with just about everything. Likewise, the return was easy as pie. The price was fair and I got a small upgrade as the exact type of car that I ordered was unavailable. The car was great and my only slight criticism of the whole rental was that the car was not as clean inside as I would expect. It wasn't horrible, just a few niggly areas that had not been given enough attention.

WE had to wait over an hour for our car. The price to waiver CDW was excessive.

I have always had great service, great cars and the staff are always very helpful. I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

Good service just a shame that the car I was given was not clean inside. I have hired cars from them for years and this was the 1st time I was given a car that the interior was not clean.

Overall i had a good experience car was well presented and the booking system was easily navigated , however struggled to locate the office at Sydney domestic and was a little worried when I received a call asking why had not returned the vehicle 5 hours after I had returned it.. But all sorted relativity quickly

I regularly use Redspot and I am always impressed by the high level of service and condition of cars. I wouldn't use any other car rental company .
