Beautiful people and good service Abhijit is super star !!!

Great staff, nice car, good price!

The front counter was easy to find. The car was great. We did not see anywhere where it said we would be charged an extra $200 on top of our car hire fee. I realise this is expected to be returned minus any tolls etc however knowing this beforehand would have been appreciated. When we returned the car, there was no one manning the phones. We dropped it off when the rentals was apparently open however we tried to call multiple times and no answer. We were not given instructions on what would happen at drop off.

Pick up and drop off was easy. Helpful staff. Very open re previous damage (scratches etc.) when I collected car. Reasonable price. I would certainly use again.

Good service. Clean well kept car

The mystery car description is misleading. The staff on duty was not helpful and dismissive. Overall not a pleasant experience. We have been a long time customer and this is the first time we faced the unpleasant experience.

Was a great experience choosing your company . Only complaint I could make is the vehicle could have been cleaner on pick up . Was raining the day we picked up and thrre was a film of oil or something on the outside of the windscreen which made it hard to see . After about 1/2 hour of using the wipers , the windscreen became crystal clear . Carpets needed a bit more vacuuming . Will be hiring from you in the future !

People kindly, prepared and very fast.

Charged our card $22 randomly after 3 months of our rental and they don't reply to emails to explain why they have done this.

Car pick-up was not inside the terminal as promised on booking.com Instead we had to take a shuttle bus elsewhere. We also got the wrong baby seat. Apart from that it was fine.

The Car was fantastic. Delays in the your bus service to and from the airport and pickup point extended over an hour and a half mostly in the hot afternoon sun. I understand that there are changes in domestic, and the staff where trying, a second bus would have helped

You are not dealing with my complaint

Every one of your staff was very courteous and everything was done on time and in quick time.

On picking up our rental vehicle we were told we had to pay an additional $11.00 per day for an additional driver. When i questioned this I was told it was because I booked through Red Spot & if I had of booked through Enterprise it wouldn’t have applied!!!!!!

The staff were friendly and willing to make significant adjustments for my preferences. The top dog level is great value and gives peace of mind I have been using red spot for years.

The customer service was great on arrival and drop off very polite and friendly staff. The car on the other hand was dirty almost pass for filthy. I don't know if they forgot to clean the car after the previous user but was terrible. Other than that I was satisfied with my experience.
