Fast easy service. Great vehicle which was spotless. Easy return and even better a great price. Have used before and will use again.

This is the second time I've used Enterprise/Red Spot at Melbourne Airport and I will use them again. The staff are friendly and efficient. Our vehicle was ready for us on both occasions and was well prepared. There are no hidden surprises with costs and I do like the Top Dog rate which allows you to buy out the excess or at least reduce your liability. Thank you to the staff at Enterprise Melbourne Airport.

Good service but for a booking glitch which we were able to resolve.

Good priced car rental. We ended up with a model below, but not to worry as the agreement did say "or similar". (Would have preferred a Rio instead of the smaller Picanto buzz box!) Couple of small issues. 1. Washer bottle was empty on pickup - So was missed by the detailers/cleaners. 2. Back window was filmy on the inside. Unlikely this had been cleaned for most of the vehicles 13 month life. I had to address both of these issues. Dirty windows bug me! Front window could also have done with a better clean on the inside. Looked like it was done in a hurry with squeegee streaks visible.

Loved the service prepaid my petrol which was on a good rate $1.20, happy with customer service. Great work with the Sydney staff by a young lady didnt get her name on the morning of pick up when I flew in but her service was good & had a smile on her face. A+++ Service definitely returning.

Car and service was great , but the car wasn't that clean I get that the turnaround is quick but you would expect it to be clean first up.Would definitely go with them again.

This is my first experience with this car company and will be definitely be using them again in four weeks , awesome rates on the vehicle I rented, great service , would recommend them to anyone, Cheers.

I always find dealing with the staff at Redspot a pleasant experience. The car was great and I found the full tank prepaid option perfect. I will use Redspot again and would highly recommend them.

So at first when we arrived to the terminal I had the car hire staff greet me at the gate, they then proceeded to form a human hoist and raise not only me but my luggage into the air and carry me to their office in the car park. The women broke out into song and dance some were incredible performers, my favourite song was about the printer jamming. The men wearing orange shirts who gave us a super demonstration on how they clean the cars was unbelievable, they simply slip on a special suit covered in long pieces of rubber and twirl around at incredible speeds. We will forever use this company after the amazing service and professionalism we received at Brisbane airport!
