New van was nice. Did the job perfectly. No issues.

Both staff we met, were very helpful and friendly..

Would give zero stars if I could. I returned a car with a picture of no damage and a sign off by the return team. Six weeks later I was contacted and told the windshield was damaged and I owed AU$1200. I disputed the claim and sent my photo. HOWEVER, while I thought we were exchanging emails to clear up, my card was charged the full amount. Now they do not respond.

It was awesome to hire from here. I hire a 2 tonne van for 1 month of reasonable price. And the Launceston Manager Matt was so nice , helpful , flexible and understanding person ever i meet. Thanks Matt

We have used Redspot in both Cairns and Adelaide recently and have found their service fantastic. When our flight was delayed they didn’t charge us extra and the price for car hire was really reasonable. Their staff were friendly and helpful which has not been our experience with other hire car companies we’ve used in the past. We would highly recommend Redspot.

They took extra money a few weeks later without my authorization, had to cancel my credit card they are not trustworthy am disputing the transaction

Do not use Redspot for any car rentals. I was charged an additional amount without my pre-authorisation and haven't received an invoice for the charge even after over five weeks. Customer service is unhelpful, and I have been told to write an email to the car rental.

Easy booking, efficient check in/collection and vehicle upgrade made for an excellent experience

The staff were great. Everyone from the reception desk at the airport desk to the shuttle drivers and those at the pickup/return depot went above and beyond expectations.

Seamless and no problems - no face to face handover of the vehicle just keys handed over at desk.
