New system didn't take my booking initially, I had a number, but the had nothing on their system. Staff at the airport, made it effortless to get it sorted out

I was travelling with my 10 week old child and the guys at the counter on arrival were absolutely amazing and helpful. On my return journey one of the gentleman helped me into the terminal with my bag as there were no luggage trolleys available, was so thankful.
Excellent value and peace of mind, the car was a little late on arrival but we were looked after very well
Didn’t have the mini-van I requested and had to wait a long time. Did a decent job of resolving the situation however.
They were very good - nice car in good condition I has an accident but the car was still drivable so when I got it back to the rental office they were very concerned about me and very helpful. I had someone follow me up to get the necessary paperwork completed and everyone was so helpful. It was a stressful situation but everyone helped me through it.
Terrible service. Had to wait 45 minutes for our car to arrive despite booking for 9.30am. Number plate hanging off car. Will not use again.
Easy pickup at Sydney airport. Drop off at Holiday Inn at Potts Point was exceptional. As we were caught up in the bush fires on Nelson Bay Road it meant we were going to be late for our cruise which was due to depart from Sydney's port. We did not have time to refuel so the attendent (sorry forgot his name) drove us to the garage and we refueled and then he dropped us at our cruise ship. This service was so appreciated. Thank you.

Great service, SUPERB price ($129 TOTAL for Thurs to Tues for a small SUV from Sydney Airport) and then a free upgrade to an outlander when we arrived! The buy a full or half tank at a discounted rate on pick up is a GREAT idea too No hesitation in saying it was a good experience

I would like to share my experience with Redspot Car Rental Perth. I rented a car with them for 11 days. During the collection of the car the Sales Agent just gave me a keys and asked me to pick up the car at the bay outside. I went to have a look at the car and found nothing unusual with some minor scratches on the car. Upon returning the the car there was a lady Sales Agent who came to inspect the car and I asked her to check the car and fuel as I had experience before that when you return they don't say anything but later charge you saying that the fuel was not 100% full. She said everything was in order and I left. In less than 5 minutes I had the call from the same lady saying that there is a dent at the passenger door. When I went back to the place, she showed me a dent under the car which is not noticeable unless you lift the car up for inspection. This dent could have been there in the first place and if I were ever get into an accident don't you think that the body of the car would also been affected. And this lady could do this when you were not in sight so that you will not not be aware. This is a total scam and I will want all of you to be beware of them unless you would want to pay unnecessary money to this company. Please avoid this company at all cost. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy
Had a good experience. Only observation is that the counter time is a little long. On both recent occasions I had to wait for staff members availability to sign paperwork etc. This was not reflective of the whole experience which was good quality and reliable service.
Really friendly helpful happy check in staff. Gave us an upgrade to almost brand new Mitsubishi Pajero. Awesome vehicle, no issues and easy drop off. Redspot also have pickup and drop off at most airports which works for us.
Quick efficient service. Changed pick up time before we left NZ no hassle all done and ready when we arrived.
Plane arrived late. Every other rental car agency, limousine service, pre-booked cab etc waited the extra half hour. Not Redspot (Sydney airport). Packed up and left five bookings stranded. Another customer called them. No, they wouldn't come back. No, they wouldn't send someone else. We could, for all they cared, sleep on the dirty concrete floor outside their office. Cost me $200 in a taxi to get to my daughter's. Now I'm stuck miles from Sydney with no transport. Honouring contracts: Failed Showing initiative: Failed Customer service: Failed Any remorse or apology: Failed Avoid at all costs. Even if another deal looks cheaper, at least you'll get what you paid for, and not be treated like dirt.
Car was ready on time, exactly what we had reserved, very convenient, no attempt at aggressive upsell, I would recommend them to anyone.
