New system didn't take my booking initially, I had a number, but the had nothing on their system. Staff at the airport, made it effortless to get it sorted out
I found Redspot to be very good value. We got the car we needed. The office at Sydney Domestic Airport was difficult to find if coming from Qantas terminal but apparently they are only permitted 2 signs to give directions. Maybe a small map on the sign would be useful. The office staff were very friendly and helpful.
No problems. Everything just went smoothly which is exactly what i needed. And the prices was reasonable.

NEVER book with red spot!! Awful customer service very RUDE and have no customer service skills. We paid a lot of money to hire a car from them between Christmas and new year. Once we arrived to pick it up, ready to go on holiday. The lady says (after queuing for 20mins) that they have no cars..... by saying “it’s not our fault” “one of them things” totally unsympathetic. After 3 hours of waiting at the airport for a car to become available we get given an 8 seater car when there is only 2 of us. Which we found hard to find car parking spaces for. No instruction to even use the car. The lady then tried to charge me an additional $380 when I have already paid? Honestly a total nightmare and wouldn’t recommend to anyone! So so so bad! They have no idea how to run a business

As a long standing business customer I am disgusted with the service received yet again yesturday at Melb airport. ..time after time my car is NOT ready...paper work is never ready as it should be and this company constantly looses my drivers licence and credit card details.. Spoken to numerous duty managers over the past couple of years and they each keep rehashing the same excuses (LIES).. I am sick of being taken for granted by this company as they clearly don't value loyal regular customers... Enterprise member # 830527946

Easy to find and easy pick up. The car didn’t have any water in the window washers which was annoying but not too big a deal.
