Very average. $145 to hire a tiny car for 8 hours is pretty expensive, even for Sydney. $39 to reduce the ridiculous excess of $4,700. I should have stuck with my Avis account.

Always top noch service.Very helpful staff. The Sydney Airport Domestic crew could do with injection of sense oh humour.We will be back.

I would have given 5 stars as the service was excellent. My only complaint was I used to hire Top Dog Package all the time as it included everything including tolls only to be informed on pick-up of my car this time it no longer includes tolls. To me why would you make your product include less than it did before. Having everything included was what originally attracted me tho this package.

No fuss, simple hire and good price

Redspot is so easy to deal with that we don't even consider others. I love being able to lock in the full cost online and not get hit with extra charges for insurance at pickup.

The Sport Utility Vehicle that I reserved was old and had at least 8-10 external flaws that were never fixed, especially the trunk door with a huge dent and curb rash on all rims...along with large scratches on both sides and fronts of the car. I just don't get it. You are Enterprise, you are better than that and as a corporate customer/member, I expected better. Brian

Right at the airport, car was ready when we got there (almost new). No hassles at all. This is my second rental with them and would definitely use again :)
