Worst rental car company.
I pick up the car from Redspot at the 2018.12.05 Sydney Airport.
When I made a reservation for a car, I bought a full cover insurance in advance, but the redspot representative said that if I did not buy insurance from Redspot, the access is AUD 4,400 and that I have to buy insurance unconditionally. She said AUD36 a day. When I wasn't able to decide, the person in charge spoke up.So when I bought the insurance, she paid a lot of the extra money that I didn't explain to me.
After paying the total AUD1427.59 for the car, my friends called me and said they would cancel it because the price was ridiculous, but Rebecca, the person in charge, said, "I can't cancel it."
And she told me that he would cancel about AUD200, but only AUD41.58 was cancelled.
So I kept contacting Redspot and while I was talking to many people, a man said it was possible to cancel if I had contacted him within five days.
I have already asked to cancel several times, but no one has said it is possible.
Finally, Redspot booked the new car and returned it to the airport because they said that if they returned the car and rescheduled the new car, they would cancel the insurance for the remaining date.
On the 10th day since I booked a car, I was going to return the car at Sydney Airport, and the person in charge said, "I will cancel the AUD551 on the day when the car was originally scheduled to be returned by 27.DEC.2018."
While returning the car, I told the person in charge that I could cancel only AUD388.91," he said. "I already cancelled AUD388.91."
I asked for a receipt.
There was a mistake in the calculation on the receipt.
Redspot officials kept changing and lying.
And so far, the amount of refunds on my card has not been cancelled. He told me clearly that it had been cancelled.
I heard that the person in charge sent me the details and receipt of the card cancellation by my email, but I did not receive it yet, and I checked my email again and informed you that I will send the email again.
I can't believe what Redspot officials say.
Reading the reviews, I think there are a lot of people who have been swindled out of insurance.
I will also post my experiences on social networking sites and let others share them.
