ported a number and verified the wifi calling and hot spot features before I ported my number and guess what non of the features are working till I contacted support to get them fixed. So far so good we will see how it goes when I go overseas.

I LOVE RED POCKET MOBILE. PUT INTO SIMPLEST TERMS, Red Pocket Mobile has well-beyond exceeded ALL of my expectations and requirements whilst I was determining whether or not to switch from my previous provider. I am beyond satisfied with the services I am receiving, and plainly love and cherish the fact that I am able to properly utilize my phone again without an infuriating interrupted total loss of service whilst attempting to make outgoing or receive incoming phone calls and text messages, and/or while utilizing mobile data. I'm a full-time Graduate Student, and the stunt my previous carrier pulled would've forced me to purchase a brand new phone to be kept on their existing network, which I cannot afford; Red Pocket Mobile saved me a lot of funds in the long-run by not having to purchase a new device to utilize my previous provider's network, and I am beyond grateful to still be able to receive the same services I had before at a more affordable price. Not being forced into a contract through Red Pocket Mobile is also very comforting and accommodative— The selection of cellular network providers are excruciatingly limited within my local vicinity, so lucking out and finding a provider that's actually reliable, i.e., Red Pocket Mobile, has been an absolute blessing to me.

I've been with you guys since 2019 when I tried you guys since then I put my mother my wife my granddaughter and one of my sons are currently using you guys you can't beat the price keep it reasonable.

Redpocket mobile was unable to get my device working on their network, since they already billed me I asked for a refund. They said I should get a refund in 7 to 10 days but then they cancelled my number that I have had for over ten years and after 4 days they still have not been able to get my number reinstated so I can get my phone working with another provider. They keep telling me they are escalating the case and to call back in 24 hours. Every time I call back they have a new excuse including that no one is available with "higher support". I have spent over 6 hours on the phone and in chat sessions and still no resolution.
