1st they have world class service
first off they have world class customer service reps. they know how to activate a sim on any carrier so you can have unlocked or locked phone it doesnt matter here, its crazy you can bypass the ridiculous big 3 and go with these guys multiple plans which are much more realistic for the thousandaire not a millionaire here you know.

I was sold a plan that didn't have…
I was sold a plan that didn't have unlimited data and I called the next day and told them I would pay the difference and upgrade to an unlimited account and they wouldn't let me They called back and did the update for me. They were very nice on the phone and did everything to make sure everything was okay.
