After transferring over Red Pocket after my last service provider had 20 min tech support wait times. It was very refreshing to have come here and have RP CS Stephen be able to get my situation resolved in about 5-7 minutes. Thanks again!!
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Alex for all their hard work. He not only helped me activate my phone, but also helped me setup up my account online which kept erroring out. I am extremely satisfied with the support that was given to me! Thanks again Alex for all your hard work and dedication.
I transferred my number to Red Pocket on November 15, 2024, and activated their service. However, shortly after activation, I was unable to make or receive calls. I'm currently in Jamaica, and I was unaware that their coverage doesn't extend to this area until I spoke with one of their agents. Upon learning this, I immediately requested to port out my number and cancel the service. Their refund policy states that refunds are available within 7 days, and since I had the service for less than 7 days, I expected to receive one. However, they denied my refund, claiming that I had used roaming and data, which invalidated the refund. This reasoning is completely unreasonable, especially considering they told me themselves that they don't provide coverage in Jamaica. If there's no service, how could I have used any data? This feels dishonest and reflects poorly on their customer service. I strongly advise others to avoid Red Pocket, as their practices seem shady and unreliable. I will also be contacting my card company to dispute the charge.

I added a $20 plan for wifi on a SIM card and it didn't work. I was on the chat for 2 hours trying to sort it out and do all sorts of tech stuff. Look at what I had to do below! They couldn't get it fixed and wasted my time. I wouldn't recommend them. Once done, reconfigure the APN settings. Tap 'Network and Internet.'Open the 'Settings' app from your home screen. Select 'Mobile network.' Scroll down and tap 'Access Point Names' or 'APN.' Tap the 'Add' and use the following information: Name: RedPocket Mobile APN: ERESELLER Proxy: Not set Port: Not set Username: Not set Password: Not set Server: Not set MMSC: MMS proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net MMS port: 80 MCC: 310 MNC: 280 Authentication Type: None APN type: default,supl,mms,fota APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
