Waste of time and rubbish customer service.
I added a $20 plan for wifi on a SIM card and it didn't work. I was on the chat for 2 hours trying to sort it out and do all sorts of tech stuff. Look at what I had to do below! They couldn't get it fixed and wasted my time. I wouldn't recommend them. Once done, reconfigure the APN settings. Tap 'Network and Internet.'Open the 'Settings' app from your home screen. Select 'Mobile network.' Scroll down and tap 'Access Point Names' or 'APN.' Tap the 'Add' and use the following information: Name: RedPocket Mobile APN: ERESELLER Proxy: Not set Port: Not set Username: Not set Password: Not set Server: Not set MMSC: MMS proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net MMS port: 80 MCC: 310 MNC: 280 Authentication Type: None APN type: default,supl,mms,fota APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
