Hosts beware

Hosts beware. Do not list with this rental platform. The communication, follow through, and payment processes are horrible! It has been 2 weeks since we hosted a two-day rental and no one has responded to a single email that we have sent and we have had to involve the Better Business Bureau of the polarimo County California local licensing board. Do yourself a favor and read the Better Business Bureau and all reviews that aren't published by Red awning as they are biased. Unless you feel like being constantly managing right awning more than you would have managed your own platform or property. They are simply a high price listing service that expects to get cleaners through turno and maintenance through Thumbtack and will say they are a full service platform but they are no service platform. Please do your homework and believe the things you read

Lack of professionalism and knowledge

I had a very disappointing experience with RedAwning, specifically with a representative named Scott. He was not only unhelpful, but he also demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge. Instead of trying to help or offer solutions, he was dismissive throughout the call and ultimately hung up on me before I had even finished speaking. This behavior is completely unacceptable. It has caused me to lose all trust in RedAwning.

The search engine has so many great properties ranging in price that works for a variety of budgets. When booking my recent property, I got an error message that the booking wasn’t complete that was then followed by multiple emails showing confirmation. That portion was booming was really confusing but happy to got the condo my clients wanted.

It kept changing our travel dates to accommodate who I don’t know, I know when I want to be someplace and wasted a lot of time and frustration. And in the end our selection was not accepted after all the crap we had to go through. SUCKS ASS!

Fantastic place to stay! Me and my two girlfriends wanted to get away for the weekend for a fun and quiet time and this place did not disappoint. The rooms were very spacious and the common area was great for hanging out at the end of the night. It’s a very short drive to Gruene Hall and the local spots but far enough away to be chill. Will definitely come back.

We are very disappointed, initially we had reserved a home with 2 rooms with queen beds. We arrive and they give us something completely different. The room had only 1 bathroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. My parents that are elders were with me and they obviously can’t get into bunk beds. We got ahold of the hotel and reservation staff and nobody cared, each of them said that they could do nothing about the situation. Very unfortunate! You think your going to go and be comfortable on vacation and find yourself not being cared for or helped. I would never recommend someone to stay at Las Palmas!

We stayed at the Aston Pacific Monarch #901 and had several issues. The main complaint was that the battery needed to be replaced in the safe. Everyday we called and asked for it to be replaced it never was. The day before we left we were told that the property manager had contacted the vendor to source a battery. Seriously? The unit did not look or feel clean when we went in. It was rented to 3 adults but there was only 1 bowl and 2 glasses, no tea towels or dish cloths or beach towels. This would have been nice to know when we booked. We had to to buy our own. They offer luggage storage at $10 per bag. We were surprised that we needed to pay. We have stayed at this property many times but never booked through Redawning we will never do that again. We found the hotel staff very short and unhelpful with us because we had not booked through the hotel.
