Aston Pacific Monarch #901…
We stayed at the Aston Pacific Monarch #901 and had several issues. The main complaint was that the battery needed to be replaced in the safe. Everyday we called and asked for it to be replaced it never was. The day before we left we were told that the property manager had contacted the vendor to source a battery. Seriously? The unit did not look or feel clean when we went in. It was rented to 3 adults but there was only 1 bowl and 2 glasses, no tea towels or dish cloths or beach towels. This would have been nice to know when we booked. We had to to buy our own. They offer luggage storage at $10 per bag. We were surprised that we needed to pay. We have stayed at this property many times but never booked through Redawning we will never do that again. We found the hotel staff very short and unhelpful with us because we had not booked through the hotel.
