Recreation Outfitters Reviews

The unit arrived quickly and is exactly as described. The only thing I wish were different is the remote. It is not very user friendly. I am going to have to read up on how the remote works. And the person who assembled my unit said it came with logs in the window and the crystals were in a bag. The picture on your website only showed the crystals so I didn't even know logs were an option. Now I have to figure out how to tear it apart to take the logs out and put the crystals in it.

I had a small problem with the website, but I used the chat function and a representative helped me immediately. My items arrived quickly with no problems and were just as described. Great Job!

Great buying experience during these trying times. Despite I had to wait a while to get my product delivered, which by no means, was the Company responsible. Not there fault we’re having a pandemic. Despite all the wait, whenever I contacted customer service, the response was quick and I was always updated in the ETA for delivery. I really only wanted the product and not my money back, which they offered, but I opt to wait it out. Great service. Only place I was able to buy the Brizon T3 bike.

My items were just as described and delivery was very fast. Recreation Outfitters worked with me to correct a shipping error. Stuff happens. No complaints. I will shop here again.

Was very happy with my sled purchase, website was easy to navigate and received it very quickly. The sled was the perfect shade of pink and seems very sturdy. My niece loved it, just need some snow ❄️ to try it out ❄️❄️

Send me the wrong item and i been dealing for almost 3 weeks to get the right one Response i get Hi there, Unfortunately, without you changing your review, we will not be moving forward with a business relationship, And we will be canceling your account. You ordered exactly what was shipped, the only thing that was wrong with the image. I understand where that is a mistake on our end and is confusing, however it was rectified immediately, and shipped within one day of you reporting the item being incorrect. Your original order was shipped the same day or next day after you order, there has been no delay from our end. Marc Bryce Recreation Outfitters You right your mistake. Wrong order was shipt on time but I can't get my order corrected. It's been long enough. I called every day for the past two weeks and couldn't get someone to take care of it. It's your choice what you should do next and threatening me doesn't work. I will add it to the review if you don't fix it ASAP Response i get Hi there your account and order have now been canceled. We are sending a call tag for the item that you purchased originally. upon receiving the original item And evaluating the item, you will be refunded. Marc Bryce Recreation Outfitters You see you lie again. I was speaking with a representative 2 hours ago and they told me they are working on my order and they will try to get some info for me tomorrow. I have heard this every day for the past two weeks. I don't appreciate lies. Good luck with your business. I hope you will get better in the future and care about your customers instead of threatening them. Apologizing works take it as a business owner and fix the problem.

Excellent service and product! Needed cushion replaced and got one day response and 3 day replacement!! It was so much faster than I imagined! Love my red outdoor patio furniture!

Super competitive pricing and quick delivery. When they could not source one item from primary supplier because it was not in stock, they went to another supplier. Very helpful on getting the logistics of the order shipped, even with current logistics issues and holiday rush.

I still give you guys 5 stars although my order was not 100% what I wanted. I ordered a 10 foot flocked pre lit Christmas tree and well first off I am in love with it even thought I did not receive it pre lit, I requested a refund for the price difference and I received it almost instantly. Over all customer service was very quick and easy. Only advice is please double check the tress being shipped because it is still an inconvenience to me to go buy lights and art to a 10 foot tree and I’m only 5’ 1’ help a girl out haha. I’m overall satisfied because oh boy it’s beautiful.

Thank you for the part that I ordered it fix prefect even through it took longer the expected to arrive.

I purchased 2 heaters and 2 dimmers. When I called customer support they assured me the items are refundable if there are any concerns or issues. The dimmers did not work when installed by an electrician and I returned them however customer support played games that they working and can not be returned after install. None of these have been disclosed at the time of sale. I am in not at all satisfied with the purchase and will not buy from this company anything, the whole point of on line seller is to provide great return policy otherwise why would anyone buy online!

Great customer service!

Great customer service and extremely happy with our purchase!

Part I needed. It was delivered on time

very helpful chat. likely to buy.

Marc helped me out. Marc was positive, helpful and able to share the details that helped me feel both comfortable and excited about my purchase of the Sea Eagle - 473RL 2 Person 15'6" White/Blue ProCarbon Tandem Inflatable Kayak. Plus, their price was the best to be found! All around it was a favorable experience and I highly recommend Recreation Outfitters! Now I am just looking forward to plying the waters with my new craft!

The company actually refunded my account before physically receiving the item to be returned back. I thought that was really a stand-up action. Thank you!

I purchased a Christmas tree for $1070. The plug only had one prong, which we didn't notice until we put up the 12 foot tree. I contacted the company and they responded after I posted my review. They have since fixed the problem that I had with my tree.

Great company, superb customer service. Very genuine owner. I came across their site a year ago and purchased a high end kayak, not only did I get it the best price, but also the customer service experience was great. Very knowledgeable people that work there.

We received our order and one of the chairs had broken welds and the table had some dents and bends in it. I submitted pictures of the damage and the items were replaced with no issues.
