The furniture is beautiful! But we were more impressed with the customer service. One cushion had a small tear, they replaced it very quickly. We will love this furniture in our sunroom for years to come!

i had a broke leg on my 70in fireplace but didn't open the box until 2 months later because i was having a room built on to my house and Raj in customer service was very nice Impatient with me and and save the day thank again Raj 👍

We just moved to Florida and I needed a new dining set for our lanai. I finally found the perfect set at Recreation Outfitters. I had a few questions and called the company directly. I spoke to Raj who was absolutely wonderful. He answered all my questions and helped me with a delivery date that coordinated with our schedule. The set arrived on time and in perfect condition. I followed the direction asking to cancel an order that I saw was not yet shipped. I reached out via chat as well. I was not given a clear answer via chat and never got any response via email. Now it appears that the item has shipped, and I will likely be out the shipping cost to return it.

With todays companies lacking real people on the other end of the phone and a take it or leave it scripted answer response....not here. The customer service team went above and beyond to satisfy the order and to make a challenging issue seem like a walk in the park.

I was not happy with the extremely high shipping cost.! The item I ordered was $19.99 and the shipping was that same amount. So literally my $20 item became $40. I asked if they could lower the shipping cost and after much deliberation , I was given $3 off. Then I asked if I could have a coupon for this first time order ftom your company and they weren’t able to give it to me. It made me extremely discouraged to order from your company.

I like the quality & the price of the furniture I was looking for but I was denied the payment plan with no reason! Wasn’t happy about it.
