I have written a total of 5 reviews in my whole life BUT THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS. I am so irritated that I have stopped my world to write this review. Odered online on July 9, C.Card charged on July 10 and nothing since then!! No one has a clue in their customer service department. Supposedly emails and tracking is being sent BUT, 12 days later and still nothing! No one seems in charge - nothing seems organized. If I ran my business this way, I would be bankrupt in nothing flat! Absolutely un-professional. I would recommend anyone but this company based on what I am going thru!

Bait and switch! I ordered a 15,100 BTU wall air conditioner. What was actually sent was a 14,500 BTU with smaller specs that would not fit in the existing wall cutout. I called customer service the day it was received. They tell me the 15,100 is no longer available. Even though it is still advertised. I am upset they shipped a smaller unit without authorization. It is 4 days later and they still have not issued a pick up for return or a refund for products as well as shipping. I have called and emailed customer service everyday since received. I am now contacting manufacturer. Very disappointed. It’s a heat wave and no AC as well as had to cancel my contractor who was installing this.

Easy to navigate website. Product in stock. Great price and free delivery. A very big added plus. I am changing my review! Because they advertise price comparison BUT they have yet to come through. We HAVE NOT received our order yet! It’s been 15 days. We found a better price at Overstock.com. I immediately called Recreation outfitters,I was told by Tim that he sent all information to management. They would get back to me by email. Guess now a days management don’t know how to use a phone. Only email I’ve received is they are looking into it. We called them again was told management doesn’t work on the weekends. This isn’t a couple dollars difference either. I’m still waiting for price comparison and order!!!

The product purchased was exactly as advertised. Very well made product and the shipping packaging was secure. Lots of safety measures to keep the product from damaging.

I bought a brizon wingflyer pedal scooter. The wheel, tires, and chain have broken. A local repair shop stated it was because of faulty manufacturing. I called 8x's to get replaced or a refund over 2 mos. They have ignored me. I also purchased a 2 yr warranty. If I could give a "0" rating, I would.

Recreation Outfitters makes looking for items very easy. All items are categorized correctly. Checking out is just as easy. I am building my cart now for summer fun!

I read the reviews and was a little skeptical. I searched this product on line, for at least 2 months looking for THE BEST price. Recreation Outfitters had THE BEST price and I decided to call. It rook me three times to satisfy my questions and fears but I took the leap forward and trusted that my credit card would solve any problems that might happen. Poor communication, False advertisement of items in stock. Difficult orders cancelations. I'm calling my credit card company to cancel the transaction.
