great timely response and very helpful/informative
Although there was a delay from the supplier for the item ordered they contacted us immediately to explain lain the new delivery date. When explained this would cause difficulty they sourced it from another and delivery was then when promised. Excellent service with sympathetic and helpful staff with superb knowledge of their industry
Ordered at 4pm competitive price delivered 10am the following morning! Awesome!
Prices very competitive, ordering a breeze, delivery ok would have been great if it was actually delivered to the correct address as per my order
Made exchanging a product which was my mistake very easy Thank you
I rang Rebel and spoke to the very helpful Ria who guided me through the ordering process and beyond. She picked up on an error I had made whilst ordering (wrong colour!!) and gave a really personal touch to the process. The desk we ordered arrived ahead of schedule. Very happy with the service we received.
Just seen phonebill and advertised Number for Rebel Office Supplies is a premium line and cost over £7 for 2 short calls. Disappointing after otherwise great service. Bill Hardman
Unfortunately placed an order and received a refund within a few hours as item wasn't in stock. Please update your website!
Never again , nearly £50 for 4bits of ink. You should be ashamed or arrested !!
