I needed a high office chair and these guys were able to provide what I was looking for at a great price, prompt service, I would recommend you give them look. Only negative I have is box was damaged and part of the frame was protruding through, luckily it was not damaged.

There was an issue with stock of an expected delivery, once contracted them they gave fantastic customer service and delivery was made the next day. Lovely desk

Quick and efficient. The website was easy to navigate and comparable to others offering the same products. I paid phone as my Paypal was down. Staff were friendly and helpful, even calling me back within an hour to sort out a problem (misquoted or wrongly noted card no.). Although I live in Scotland I was not subjected to any insidious extra "delivery charge" and the order arrived the next day!

Don't believe the website! I ordered two of the Trexus Desk High Cupboard 800x600x730mm High Gloss Black Ref I000733 on a Wednesday, with hope that it would arrive 'Next Working Day' as advertised on the website. It's advertised as 'FREE 48H DELIVERY' then read the small print...."Consumer Delivery Expectation: Order fulfilment will take between 3 and 5 days and is subject to stock availability." I actually called Rebel / Quills and confirmed when these items would be delivered. I was then told there items would not be delivered until the following Monday / Tuesday at the earliest and I would be called before they would arrive as these are large items. They arrived on the Monday and I was not called by anyone. The items where just left in the reception and not taken to the office as specified. What makes the situation worse, was it was clear that the items arrived flat pack. When it clearly said that the items would not be delivered flat pack. It actually says on the website "Flat Packed : NO". They still haven't updated the website! I then called Rebel / Quills and was told that for an extra charge I could get these 'made up'. This was such an insult, after only ordering these because they don't come flat pack! If I wanted to pay over £700 on 2 desks which arrived to the incorrect address I would have gone to Ikea, at least then you know it will come flat pack. I then had to arrange a collection of the items, which of course I was told would happen 'Next Working Day' and of course, it was then collected 2 working days later. A collection which I had to arrange! I feel like I have been lied to by Rebel and I would not believe them if they say the item is in stock, if they say free 48 hour delivery and even still they have yet to update the website to have correct product specifications.

Ordered from US for Medical Site in UK that needed a USB adapter next day. Got on-line, ordered item, paid with Paypal and had item delivered next day. Great service! When I checked to see if item would be delivered in time for procedure needed, I did an online chat with a Customer Service Rep that was able to give me the name of the deliver person as well as time frame for delivery. All went as planned and item was delivered just before needed. Thank you for the excellent service!

Items are great but didn't have one of the items in stock although it let me order it, so had to go down the refund root. Also the item that was in stock took a few days more than expected to be delivered.

I ordered a chair that I found to be uncomfortable as the back length was not suitable for someone 5 foot 10 inches in height. I asked for instructions on how to return the item at 4 days. After 3 emails and 2 calls over 3 weeks I was told that Rebel Office Supplies were not willing to receive the item back. Under UK online shopping law, the customer has the right to return any item within 2 weeks and they do not have to give a reason.

Sturdy, high quality office tables. We paid extra for delivery to the Isle of Wight because of the ferry crossing, but we were prepared for this as many mainland companies do not account for ferry crossing when stating their shipping policy. Customer service excellent and delivery on time 2-3 business days. Happy to recommend this supplier.

Bought a chair last Tuesday that was in stock with free next day delivery. It was not delivered on Wednesday and when I emailed them they told me it was not in stock and will not be delivered until next Wednesday. If I had known that I would have bought it from another website instead, but then i guess that's why they do it. Will cancel the order on Monday.

was looking for a new supplier and contacted a few left messages with some to call me back as the "appropriate person" wasn't available. Phoned Rebel spoke to a lovely lady (apologies I don't recall her name) who answered my questions and put me through to Ria who processed my initial order, delivery came on time when stated. Ria is going to contact me regarding an account. So far the process has been smooth sailing,my Initial first impression has been very good
