Rebel Office Supplies Reviews

Rebel Office Supplies are always fast and efficient plus great prices. I had ordered the wrong files and they were picked up and correct ones delivered within two days.

Great price for office chairs ordered, saving a significant amount on our usual order. Delivery stated 48 hours but came on the 4th working day. Demi was a great help and made the purchasing decision easy.

great timely response and very helpful/informative

Great service every time I use Rebel. The team are very helpful and friendly. Happy customer!

Fast dispatch, great products with cheap prices, and very good customer service from the point of order up until the delivery! Provides items that are in line with our companies sustainable aim. Our new place to stock up our office needs from!

ABFAB service and fast delivery as usual! Thank you Rebel team.

Spoke to a customer sales rep and I am told that nothing can be purchased online at the moment as there is a fault with the payment system. The sales rep did not know when this will be fixed and advised that it has been going on for some time. No positive assurance to a customer that it will be back and working. I would err with caution in using this company.

From the initial call to Adam, placing the order. Follow up from Maria when the item I had chosen was not available but she checked for an alternative colour, to dealing with a damaged delivery, arranging replacement which arrived within 48hrs and updated at every point. Not only would I buy again from Rebel Office Supplies, I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and highly recommend

Website promises hassle free returns, not in my experience. I bought a chair that when arrived was it was badly damaged and was clearly a return, it took a couple of chasing phone calls to get an exchange. The replacement chair arrived but unfortunately it not comfortable. I contacted Rebel within 3 days and was advised they would process a return, which has yet to happen. I have now spoken to someone different on 3 occasions and each time promised call backs with collection details but nothing.

The product arrived in time. Good quality too.

l love the office task chair. It's a pity it took so long to get here.

Brilliant desk, took a while to assemble. But we'll worth it.

Purchased (Impulse 1800/600 Rectangle White Cantilever Desk with White legs) for my sons bedroom. I opted for the white legs; so it doesn't look like an office desk. Looks really good in his room and goes nicely with the rest of his white furniture. Rebel customer services was very good.

Great quick simple delivery - would use again.

Advertised a product that wasn’t in stock, took my money and had to wait a number of days to get it back so I could go else where!

Great service

the company is very easy to use and keep contact with you

Fast efficient service, friendly, helpful staff. Almost half the price of all other suppliers viewed. Perfect additional shelf for Bisley cabinet.

Delivery next day and great item.
