Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

There has sparingly been any…

There has sparingly been any interruption in the network connection compared to any other service network I have used so far. I can get network connection in any part of my house, and this is just with me having to purchase only one additional extender. I will highly recommend this network.

Exceptional customer service!

The mission behind this ISP is admirable and they deliver on their promises. The Wi-Fi extenders look awesome and deliver the best coverage we have ever experienced on our property. But that's just the icing on the cake - the customer service from this company has taken my breath way numerous times, never before have I have been assigned a single point of contact for a domestic internet connection, it's unbelievably refreshing. 100% recommend checking them out, I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Excellent service good coverage in the house. Consistent speed. My previous provider cocked up the change over but my customer service Preston was excellent and sorted out all the glitches.

Great ISP.

Although a little more expensive than some I’ve had no issues with my connection since connection several months ago. In addition the Customer Service is responsive and super helpful. Seem to be no restrictions to how the router can be configured meaning all my services work, unlike my previous providers - Sky, BT, Vodafone etc which had endless problems.

It just works

We had mesh routers but they just weren't cutting it any more. I got Rebel in and it just works, very good tech and is incredibly reliable. Support are fast and even on Twitter they come back to you with sensible answers

Internet has worked perfectly since we…

Internet has worked perfectly since we signed up a number of months ago, due to the walls in our house we also subscribe to the WiFi extenders which are easy to setup and work without issue. Yes, this is a more expensive service but you don't have to have a contact which I like. That said, I don't think the huge premium on price is justified so unless you have a good reason for the flexibility I'd suggest just signing up for a fix term elsewhere.

Something not quite right

I cannot give you a valid, accurate appraisal of Rebel Internet performance or wether it provides good value because I don’t have it. However, I give it only one star because a their website refuses to tell you whether it is available to you unless you disable any ad-blocker. If they need to rely on revenue from advertising then it suggests something wrong with their business model EDIT: - In response to Rebel Internet:- Cookies I can understand, and they can be accepted or rejected by the user as and when they feel the need. But insisting that I allow advertisments in my browser is not a cookie issue. Some unwanted adds can slow down web pages to the point of being unusable and I realy cannot understand why an organisation would insist on visitors accepting advertisments unless, for some reason, the income generated by the ads is significant and important. FURTHER EDIT: - Rebel Internet have contacted my to explain that the request to disable the ad-blocker is actually a request to allow their first party cookies and that actually there are no adverts on the site. Aliitle confusong but there you go. I have amended the star rating to a neutral 3 stars as a result.
