Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Stay Clear

Would not touch this company with a barge pole. They create unauthorised direct debits whenever they feel like it. When you return the pods, they refuse to send back hardare that was returned to them in error. And now Rebel feel it is ok to old back 2 pods that are not theirs. They accused me of refusing to send back equipment when i was in hospital receiving cancer treatment. They expected me to be at home and do as they said,even when i made it clear i was in hospital. No offence to this company or any other company for that matter, but they will never take preference over my health.

Amazingly reliable and friendly team

Amazingly reliable and friendly team, great service, and very effective technology. Moved from Virgin 300mps to Rebel 300mps - we used to be lucky to get 90+ and lose service most weekend evenings, but we have had 6 weeks of 308mps with no interruptions with Rebel. We have called for help twice and got a human to speak to us. In fact, I have been given the direct line for an engineer after switch over teething problems that were resolved in under an hour. We’ve upgraded to 1000mps and the speed is good, the line stable, and the price about what Virgin charged us before. No regrets. Totally recommend - WiFi that actually works with a team who actually seem to like their customer and talk to them.

Rebel Without a Clause

Really good strong connection and excellent customer service. A real plus point is being able to stop or pause the service when you like too - I already have broadband with a different provider so use Rebel to boost the signal through my flat. Very little lag time these days and downloads are super quick.

Outstanding Customer Support

Overall, I cannot recommend Rebel Internet enough. Their exceptional customer service sets them apart from anything I've experienced previously. Whenever I have had a question or have encountered any issues (which has been rare) their customer support has been outstanding. As a consequence, this has made a significant impact on my overall customer satisfaction. So anyone in search of an internet provider that truly values its customer need not look any further than Rebel Internet. BTW - the set up is simple even for a none IT literate person like myself!

Excellent experience from ordering to…

Excellent experience from ordering to activation. Quick and easy to order. Initial setup problems and needed a new router, which was sent out same day. Having been with BT and Virginmedia before, and despite an initial problem, the issue was resolved, the customer service excellent and the trouble free service excellent.
