Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

Great communications - with real people and no menus to wade through!

It was great to deal with an organisation that has real people on the phone 24/7, who answer the phone directly without a single menu option required. They weren't able to solve my problem immediately, but the simple fact that they were there, and they tried to get to the root of it was much appreciated. And as it happened, it was not even a Rebel problem, but a BT Openreach one!

The router is a bit of a pain when you are experienced with tech (you MUST have a phone to configure wifi) Other than that, good support so far, quick to reply and helpful. it's not the cheapest provider, but since it's a young company, I'm happy to support them and see if they deliver on their mission and goals :)

Incredible customer service - they way things should be done

I used to have Rebel Wi-Fi and when I moved house switched my broadband to them as well. Despite a couple of delays caused by Openreach (out of Rebel's control) I've been really impressed with Rebel's service - they kept me informed the whole time, installation and setup was really straightforward once Openreach sorted their bit out, and they helped me solve a couple of minor issues while I was setting up all our devices in my new home. They even proactively reached out to help get better signal in my garden studio for WFH days. It's so refreshing to be treated like a human by other humans - makes you realise how badly most companies treat their customers these days.

Great tech, great service - it simply works

We live in an odd shaped house and have never been able to get coverage to all corners, until now. The router and Superpods we now have give us full speed everywhere, and setup was simply a matter of registering for the app and plugging everything in - it just works. The app also enabled us to create a separate password for our lodger, meaning that we could separate our devices from his and avoid accidentally controlling his Sonos instead of ours etc. The other thing I liked was the IoT mode in the app that let me set up some older smart home stuff that only works with the 2.4ghz WiFi band. Normally you have to delve into router settings for this kind of thing, but it was right there in the app. All in all, I'd recommend Rebel to anyone. Don't be tempted by those cheap introductory offers from the usual suspects - if I never spend 45 minutes on hold with Virgin again, it will be too soon.

They want 1st months payment before…

They want 1st months payment before shipping the equipment NO other company requires this. Cancelling my order this is a joke! Reply-Hahaha thats a lie as i have just signed up for virgin and i have no fees. No upfront cost and 1st month bill is after i recieved my equiptment. I have been many companies and never had an upfront cost. I believe your service is absolutely appalling so you charge the 1st month to ensure a payment before we cancel. Try again rebel.

So happy I switched to Rebel

The customer service is what it should be, they respond quickly, they listen, answer your questions and work with you to provide what is right for your individual circumstances. Connectivity is so much better than my old provider. Friends and family have commented when they visit. And I love the fact that I'm not tied to a contract.
