Ordered my new sim and was eager to join... The sim takes days to arrive so I bought one instead but voxi WOULD NOT LET ME TOP UP. My first ever time and I could not get topped up so what does that say about the future with these clowns? They can't even secure a new customer 😑 I have known these scammers to take money and not provide the balance. Very unlikely il be signing up with these now.

Appauling service.. they brag that they use EE the most trusted uk provider but that trust does not apply to lyca... They cap the speed at a generous 450gb a month and the speed is good BUT every single night for 2 MONTHS I have lost signal, Sometomes for upwards of an hour, No calls, No texts and no internet. The signal CONSTANTLY drops and internet speed fluctuates Alot, None of these issues are present with EE so what does that say about lyca mobile? I would rather pay the extra and stay with EE and receive far better service.

They want 1st months payment before shipping the equipment NO other company requires this. Cancelling my order this is a joke! Reply-Hahaha thats a lie as i have just signed up for virgin and i have no fees. No upfront cost and 1st month bill is after i recieved my equiptment. I have been many companies and never had an upfront cost. I believe your service is absolutely appalling so you charge the 1st month to ensure a payment before we cancel. Try again rebel.

They do pay out. Only deserved a single star due to the poor website. Since depositing i get massive issues spinning the daily wheel. The deal was i spin it daily yet when i try it constantly crashes. Clearly do not care for us players otherwise it would be fixed.
